Close to other embassies. Attractive outlook, good facilities I.E. ironing internet etc. Service in restaurant, for taxis etc not great, accessibility and knowledge of public transport very poor. Once here it is hard to go anywhere else.

Due to delay flight, i arrived at 2am local time, and i only had 11 hours of stayed in this hotel. 7/11 is around 8 minutes walk. Nothing much to say. Otherwise, good.

Priced similarly to hotels in Bukit Bintang but offering much more luxury.Only 15rm into the heart of the city & close to Ampang Point shopping mall & other local restaurants Nice clean rooms, lovely swimming pool & setting.Get a room on the lake side of the hotel because it is quieter

External design and location - Water in the room was yellowish - Requested lake view however given road view - Room was noisy, unable to sleep in the room - I do not use the room from the second night onward - Spoken to Azhar - Duty Manager for refund on the second night onward and still waiting for the refund from Flamingo

Have a nice room, a good bed, good tv and Wifi is available F.O.c, which is a necessity instead of a luxury nowsaday. Breakfast is reasonable with adequate varieties. Car park is convenient and hotel is nearby Ampang Point shopping centre. Good to have the sachet beverages in the room with a hot water kettle, as well as a room safe for safekeeping. The hotel is low rise and the traffic noise from a major highway just in front of it is uncomfortable. Shower is just acceptable size for a big size guy, with an old fashion two-taps adjustment with nowhere to run if the hot water is wrongly adjusted. And a silly door-stop mounted on the floor whereby the door can only open ~60 degrees instead of the usual 90 degrees. It's awkard getting thro' the door with a luggage, computer knapbag and another hand carry bag. For working guys, it is not possible to use the swimming pool which opens only up to 7pm. Wish the pool can be opened till later.

The room was quiet and clean. Good size room and fair value for the location and price. The staff was not at all courteous with an exception of 1 person I came across. I think they did not understand "Hospitality" at all. Was a total turn off and I will not stay at Flamingo again.

The location is very good- it is very centralized to where we wanted to go Bedroom (suite) is comfortable, cozy and large enough. Bad staff service-long waiting time during check in as they did not update the system, it seemed they were unaware the booking made from booking.com It took more than 30 minutes to check the status and rooms were not ready on time of check in. The toilet flush were faulty. Too noisy as the room was very close to the highway.
