Not many tourists - quiet and peaceful place to rest! The beach is great There's a great restaurant called Mandalika (it's not owned by the hotel). The owners Halim and Aidah are the best persons I ever met and the bbq squids/prawns/fish is simply delicious!!!
The service is really poor! Though the price is not hight at all there's something that you should always have, which is nice costumer service! Most of the staff seamed annoyed just by your approach of any kind. The cleaning of the rooms was poor! The food (we only tried hamburgers) from the hotel restaurant was awful! The wifi is paid and with poor signal. We needed a phone urgently which was broken, there's no signal in the hotel to call from the mobile!
Brilliant place to wake up and look out over a bright blue ocean and white beach Good dive center Generally good cooking in restaurant Entire resort is clean Personnel is helpful
Rooms somewhat outdated Outside areas of resort could be more tasteful (overhead electricity wiring etc.) Mixed quality level of personnel Restaurant is alcohol-free (good to know upfront)
Nice beach with hammocks available, quite good food.
The chalet offered really basic accomodation. Personnel could do some more work like cleaning the tables in the restaurant or taking away rubbish. Seemed a bit bored.
The staff and local people is quite friendly, quiet environment
Wouldn't stay that beach for second time, the beach is quite dirty
Quite Island. Good location in front of the sea. Amazing underwater life. Good for prize.
We stay in a fan room and it was really hot.
The location is really good, make sure to go swimming during high tide in the bay... The food provided by flora bay was very good and for very good price compared with KL, if it's possible go and try the food from the stall with blue chairs in the local village, the food there is super cheap and very, very tasty. Snorkeling organized by flora bay was very nice and our guide Adam was very helpful even took my mum to see some extra underwater life...
The towels smelled a bit as if weren't properly dried, other than that everything was good.
all the staff friendly and good food and nice place relax santai with family and all friends
The picture perfect beach, very accommodating staff (including both hotel & Flora Bay Divers), good restaurant food
Room was in need of some repairs, thin walls, no free wifi
