old hotel with dirty carpet, we stayed for 3 nights and booked 3 rooms altogether but when we asked to change one of our rooms because the toilet was not working as the water run slowly and could not splash it then. The guy in the office upstairs reject our request to be moved to another room, it was really disgusting experience for 3 nights staying with toilet not working well. There are many quite new new hotels around and cheap so better choose others next time. One of them which is quite nice is Capitol hotel,we have been there before.

Location This is the second time in a row that the internet is only working in the lobby - I will not come back - they apparently did nothing to correct the problem between Sept 2011 and March 2012! same excuses, same inaction - never coming back despite its excellent location and good price

The location is strategic.easy to go anywhere part of the Bukit Bintang area. The deco / interior designs very oldish. Would be great if they refurbish the hotel. You can get better hotel with the same price.

The location The room was dirty . The desk surface was filthy. The top shelve of the wardrobe hadn't been cleaned for probably a year - thick layer of dust. The window ledge of the bathroom window had old pieces of soap. The shouting and arguing of working girls with hotel guests, the frequent car alarms going off outside, the banging of doors all night ..I had about 1 one hour sleep. Please note I am a very frequent business traveller, average 240 hotel nights per week for over 20 years, plus I know your hotel well when I stayed 1 week/month in 1991/1992.
