It is city center,convenient also to Jalan Alor food street.Great Staff.Very helpfull. Was not able to control the Aircon,too cold |

The staff are very helpful and obliging;bedlinen changed daily;super view of Petronas tower etc from our window.24 hour reception,safe environment,area well lit;unpretentious; home from home.Not noisy despite being very near main roads.Excellent location. |

Great location near Lot 10 shopping mall (cheap eats and supermarket here if you need it), the towers & monorail. Free wireless internet. Very tired looking rooms, mouldy bathroom |

It was a stone throw away for the commercial district of Bukit Binatang. They location is very ideal bec it is also walking distance to the monorail station. Very accessible to "teksi" and just a few blocks away from different shops like Sungwei plaza; Bintang Plaza; Lot 10; Pavillion, etc. There were small roaches crawling inside the room; the aircon thermostat can't be regulated (since it was centralized); They were providing filtered water (placed in a used bottle) and not a new mineral water |

Location, near to the center It was very cold in the room, even I turned off the air-conditioner on the day time. And the blanket was too thing that I could not sleep at night. |

Hotel staff were very helpful regarding local info,and going out of their way to provide transport options to difficult places.Tea and coffee making facilities provided + 2 bottles of comp drinking water each day.Bed linen and towels changed daily;Appreciated especially comp daily newspaper delivered to room each morning.Local phone calls cheap from room.Area well lit at night.Perfect location. Very fierce aircon which was not adjustable.Although considered a superior room,carpets,furniture etc looking a bit tired.No dedicated non smoking rooms.Pity there isn't a breakfast option available. |

Helpful staff especially Ms Peggy It will better if the complementary bottled water is provided by a commercial firm. Most users will feel more comfortable drinking it. |

Отель расположен в центре "Золотого треугольника", на тихой улочке. До башен Петронас и телевизионной башни 15 минут пешком. Рядом станция монорельса Букит Битанг, торговые центры BB Plaza, Lot10 и Time Square. Сами номера отеля чистые, убираются каждый день, меняют постельное белье и полотенца. Персонал доброжелательный. Претензий нет никаких. |
