Excelent service

Good location, just behind the Berjaya Times Square, very central to the city, lovely hotel and rooms, my room was facing the KL tower, Petronas Twin Towers, Berjaya.. It was lovely. Breakfast was nice. It was really great value !!!

The taxi is available only thru the hotel front desk and they charge more i.e. say RM 10-20 more that regular. Other than this, Everything is good !!!

Location and value for money

Lack of free wifi. Most hotels provide this service to guests. Not many tv channels. Toilet was spoilt Lack of queen size bed .

Well organised good educated staff and customer friendly. Very nice spacy rooms

The number of TV=chanels is rather limited. The advised meter-taxi took a wide loop which made our taxi-trip three times more expensive than a previous one.

Staff excellent service. Service was provide with a smile. Just beside main shopping area but away from the crowd and noise (I rate this very good). Located at a very convenient area, easy to travel. Overall rate excellent.

the room perfect.spacious and with the living room. price is reasonable. well facilities and worth with the money. well location. new and modern.

everthing is good, but one thing i need to mention was the air conditioned wasn't cool enough. especially the room with the bed was warm when the night time. toilet or washroom wasn't design good. too simple. wifi is chargeble. if free wifi will be excellent. after i away i only been told by my friend saying this hotel before was a hospital. and some plp said can hear something at the night. luckily i didn't hear anything and i think is fine.

The staff were all friendly and always had a wecoming smile. All very efficient in there jobs and the concierge roger was more than helpful when asked for advice. Would book again if returning to kl.

Being a little picky and it is only a personal view but a few leaflets or a board of some sort recommending places of interesting around the city.

Breakfast was really complete.

Issues when we checked in. We book a double bed (specified on "special requirements thru booking.com) and when we get there it was twin bed. When we complainted they said the hotel was full and maybe they would get a double on the next day. Lots of arguments with the recepcionist. They were not friendly at all. Concierge gets taxis too expensive (double the price we get on streets). Everything in the room is old (furniture) and looks a little dirty. This is a 80's hotel. That's it. Not recommended at all.

Great location for local bars and restaurants in Bukit Bintang. Great shopping in the Berjaya Times Square which is over the road. Staff very friendly. We stayed on executive floor where you have own check in lounge and happyhour for two hours. Breakfast can be taken here or in the restaurant. Recommended. Rooms are large and we had a great view over K.L. on 25th floor.

Hotel near a busy road so taxi is needed to get out and about.

Imbi monorail station 5 minutes away from the hotel, easy access to the shopping mall. Hotel and room were clean. Even though the service was little slow the staff were really helpful

Even though its a 4 star hotel, we have to pay for internet access, they really need to grant free access to the internet

The location is good.

The receptionist that checked in us did not know any F&B knowledge when asking; the gym staff asked my wife & daughter to leave the area because they did not wear sport shoes after they started the exercise 5 minutes; the receptionist that checked out us did not print the bill for us and it only returned the pre-auth slip after asking! The bathroom ceiling is leaking!

The room was great. It was huge and gave ample space for my kids. Was very clean also.

Many staff poorly trained and spoke poor level of English Many times there were scenes of confrontation between staff and clients in public Poor food especially in business centre

My bedroom was not cleaned while I was away No transportation from and to the airpot.

The ambience and location

The housekeeping service was slow , took them 2 hours just to get a shower gel to my room

Except the bed, quite comfortable. Nothing else.

Hotel exterior looked new, but shocked to see hotel room condition was not proper maintained, even the toilet. A few missing items in the room. Have iron but no ironing board, have cups to make hot drink but no electric kettle. No hairdryer at all. So inconvenient with all these missing items, very bad room maintained. Car park should have painted in white, but no paint have done to the car park at all, not impressive.

Real value for money, excellent personal and professional services; highly recommended; will stay there again
