Nice bed, spacious room, clean bathroom, nice view Lobby has too many steps, not too user friendly. I saw a few tourists nearly trip over when coming down the steps!!!! |

The room is very huge and it's location is very very gd as it's near all the shopping and food area. We're supposed to check in by 2pm abt, the room's not ready and ended up taking another 45mins of waiting time as the previous tenants have not checked out. I requested for a baby cot and it was there, i'd to call twice to remind them abt it. They cleaned the room in a hurry and did not empty the trash in the room. |

The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable,the design is current and the trendy rooms were brilliant. The hotels internet was very poor for such a high standard of hotel and we requested a wake up call which did not happen and caused us to nearly miss our ferry i would not recommend this hotel to anybody else based on the staff. |

Nice, clean & spacious room. Near to Gurney Plaza & Gurney Drive Hawker centre. There is also a seafood restaurant nearby. |

Everything works fine perhaps because its a new hotel Checking-in experience was not as warm as expected. Lobby was noisy due to background music from the pub at the far end. The front desk clerk spoke softly and a little aloof. |

The funky foyer and guest room decor, the sea view and the shopping mall next door The room amenities, eg shampoo, are in funky containers but not of good quality, suggesting appearances are more important than function. |

Spaciousness of the room The design having a red panel thing 'L' along the side wall! The height of it can be very dangerous whereby it might hurt head/eyes/face area which guest's height around 155 - 170! |

qhite hotel and clean i book atrip for lankawi island frome g hotel when i go i found other trip name lankawi coral(i ask to see the island ) i lost my mony and i not see the island and no body lissen to me |

The hotel is very close to a nice and very big shopping mall. The music in the lobby is to loud. The hotel should write that they are direct at the beach but the beach can't be used. A room with toys for kids would be appreciated. Beside that everything was good. We would stay there again. |

The location of the hotel (close to the mall) - The food court was very good where you have a wide selection - The space of the room, specially, at excutive floor was so comfortable. |

in tearms of location and decoration i like it, but in servise not at all at the time of check-in they ask us to wait for 3 hours till our 2 rooms to be ready, |
