in tearms of location and decoration i like it, but in servise not at all at the time of check-in they ask us to wait for 3 hours till our 2 rooms to be ready, |

valuable. staffs were very kind and facilities are nice. Cleaning up Room was late. after 3 or 4Pm, our room was not yet cleaned up. |

First of all we liked the location. The hotel is just next to the shopping mall and a food corner. Taxis are available to go to the "old" city. Bathrooms should be better ventilated because a mirror gets steamed immediately. |

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Good showers with plenty of hot water. Bar area in foyer too open and cold. Bed was hard. Car parking difficult, hard to find spaces. |

Spacious, clean room. Good location - next to a shopping mall. Close to lots of eateries. Good car parking facilities. Responsive staff. Freezing water in the pool, even into the afternoon. Newspapers were not sent to the room, but need to be picked up at the lift area which tend to run out by the time we woke up. The good location meant that it was very popular and traffic jams are common in the area, so it takes a while before you can get into the hotel by car (granted this was peak hols Xmas period). |
