G Hotel is located in a very good spot along the famous Gurney strip, its right next to a shopping centre and there is food all around and a Penang Hawker (street food) centre about 30 metres from the hotel. You get complimentary gelato icecream upon checking in and all the drinks in the mini fridge are free. The design of the room is very modern and clean. You have free broadband in the room as well. The pool is very nice and there is also a nice gym if anyone wanted to work out. I myself really enjoyed the pool. There is a trendy lounge bar next to the reception and the bar staff are very friendly. I would definately come back to this hotel the next time i'm staying in Penang None, its a very good hotel |

Nice bed, spacious room, clean bathroom, nice view Lobby has too many steps, not too user friendly. I saw a few tourists nearly trip over when coming down the steps!!!! |

The room is very huge and it's location is very very gd as it's near all the shopping and food area. We're supposed to check in by 2pm abt, the room's not ready and ended up taking another 45mins of waiting time as the previous tenants have not checked out. I requested for a baby cot and it was there, i'd to call twice to remind them abt it. They cleaned the room in a hurry and did not empty the trash in the room. |

The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable,the design is current and the trendy rooms were brilliant. The hotels internet was very poor for such a high standard of hotel and we requested a wake up call which did not happen and caused us to nearly miss our ferry i would not recommend this hotel to anybody else based on the staff. |

Everything works fine perhaps because its a new hotel Checking-in experience was not as warm as expected. Lobby was noisy due to background music from the pub at the far end. The front desk clerk spoke softly and a little aloof. |

Spaciousness of the room The design having a red panel thing 'L' along the side wall! The height of it can be very dangerous whereby it might hurt head/eyes/face area which guest's height around 155 - 170! |

The hotel is very close to a nice and very big shopping mall. The music in the lobby is to loud. The hotel should write that they are direct at the beach but the beach can't be used. A room with toys for kids would be appreciated. Beside that everything was good. We would stay there again. |
