Un hotel con muchos servicios (gimnasio, piscina) y en una zona muy dinámica (tiendas, centro comercial, restaurantes). Sin el alboroto de Georgetown, está proximo al centro (taxi) y accesible a la zona de las playas (taxi o bus local)

The central location and the vicinity to the sea. Good views.

We had trouble with the bicycles offered by the hotel. They are not maintained properly. This the breaks did not work on 3 of 5 bikes. It took us 1.5 hrs to get it fixed. So, when offering this service to customers, it must be ensured that the quality and safety are okay and maintained regularly.

Great location - next to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Drive. Nice rooms. Good view - if you are lucky to get sea facing.

Hotel seems to be a little run down even though quite new. Room has smoking odour. Car park is too small and a bit chaotic.

We had an early lunch at the hotel. They were clearing up the breakfast buffet and we were seated at a table amidst all that sweeping and mopping and clearing of ice buckets etc. They could have moved us to another area. A la menu was rather limited and food was not great albeit pricey. My husband had a fairly bad case of food poisoning. Will not recommend the coffee house.

The bed. Why have a wooden skirting around the bed. Makes it almost impossible for elderly and disabled to get into bed! Lack of railings esp in bathroom. Chairs far too soft and lack of cushions. The lights at the step down frm raised platform where the reception counter and access to G cafe are extremely unhelpful as they present a glare so making it v difficult to see where the step really is, in short the lights are a source of danger.

Location, very convenient.

No bath tub & the mattress not comfortable very hard.

The hotel is in a superb position on the waterfront of Georgetown.It is close to the attractions.The rooms are furnished to a high standard & well maintained.We were given a free upgrade.The staff were professional & extremely helpful.i would recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

The room that we have (room no. 909) seem a little run down for such a reputable considered "new" hotel in penang island. No water hose for the flush toilet which is very rare in malaysia. Only one bath robe provided.

Convenient to shopping centre, street hawkers, Seaside and ample parking n taxis available.

I suggest the toilet seat is better with bidet.

Due to our early flight departure schedule, the receptionist proposed to arranged take-away breakfast for us at 0530 hrs was really beyond our expectation. That was the best encountered we ever had with any hotels we stayed.

The view of the room were facing the sea is excellent . The bathroom is very small, it is better have long bathtub . I use to take bath in the long bathtub make me relax.

Nice staff on the whole and a good small gym with a view of the sea while you work out. Good location and big room, close to Gurney Plaza shopping mall and the coastal strip with lots of eating choices.

A bit noisy at night - external air conditioning vents outside the bedroom window - the reception staff could not handle credit card transactions, which was a problem on checking in, the bar was poor, and the food in the hotel was expensive - it was much easier to eat out anyway.

Hotel staffs are very friendly... Minibar and mineral water are complementary which makes it convenient for family with children... The pillow menu is very interesting and good as sometimes we have special preference of pillow. Good minimalist design makes it comfortable for us to stay... Just next to Gurney Plaza mall, very convenient to get to anywhere... Checking out is very simple and fast.
