Futuristic design

I would rather say improvement to have some phone chargers facilities

Location was great with the mall next store. The brealfast bar was fantastic with its omelet bar, pancake bar & chocolate fountain! The staff were very friendly & helpful. There was one porter who was particularly good & we would have liked to have given him a nice tip, but unfortunately he wasn't there when we left.

The only fault we could find was that we would have liked a more private bar area, rather than just in the main lobby. The g spot was too young & dark for us & we would have liked a separate area downstairs.Apart from that we loved it!

It's 3 minutes away from Gurney Drive!

The front line staff are not enthusiastic about their work. Expressionless. They greet you without looking at you.

1) Large, modern rooms, huge bed. 2) Great swimming pool. 3) Close to shopping malls and food market.

It is a very cheaply built building, you will immediately notice that craftsmanship is very poor. Building itself is quite ugly. There were mini-ants in the room.

I like the swimming pool concept. The pool's wash room is well equipped with soap and shampoo and it is clean. We don't have to go up to the room to take shower. I like the jacuzzi and the view of the surrounding area. I didn't expect to see a washing machine in my room. This is beyond my expectation. I like the readiness of the staff for willingly going the extra mile. Due to non availability of the room that i orginally booked at that time, the staff without any hesitation, upgraded the room. He obviously care about the guest's condition and truly understands our situation. I like the hotel's location as it is well-suited for shoppers and it is closer to the food stalls, one of Penang's best attraction. Thank you.

Right from the moment we entered thru the doors we were greeted with smiles and the ice-cream while we booked in was a welcome touch. Loved the decor of the large room and the bed was huge. The view from our room of the pool was lovely, especially at night with the coloured lights in the water. The shopping centre within the building was impressive with plenty of food choice, including a licenced supermarket. We dined both nights we were there, at the italian restaurant in the courtyard - great food and friendly staff.

Need some improvements on the drainage - water takes forever to drain.

Rooms were great and staff very attentive, also very conveniently located for shopping and restaurants, I would recommend this hotel.

The only downside were the traffic jams outside, however, this is the norm in Malaysia.

Convenient to shopping centre, street hawkers, Seaside and ample parking n taxis available.

I suggest the toilet seat is better with bidet.

Due to our early flight departure schedule, the receptionist proposed to arranged take-away breakfast for us at 0530 hrs was really beyond our expectation. That was the best encountered we ever had with any hotels we stayed.

The view of the room were facing the sea is excellent . The bathroom is very small, it is better have long bathtub . I use to take bath in the long bathtub make me relax.

Nice staff on the whole and a good small gym with a view of the sea while you work out. Good location and big room, close to Gurney Plaza shopping mall and the coastal strip with lots of eating choices.

A bit noisy at night - external air conditioning vents outside the bedroom window - the reception staff could not handle credit card transactions, which was a problem on checking in, the bar was poor, and the food in the hotel was expensive - it was much easier to eat out anyway.
