The Gardens Hotel torent uit boven de Mid Valley en biedt elegante accommodatie bovenop het populaire winkelcentrum Gardens Mall. Het hotel beschikt over een fitnesscentrum en een overloopzwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. The Gardens Hotel & Residences bevindt zich op 10 minuten rijden van Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Bintang Walk en Petaling Street (Chinatown). Very good option for families. We had a 2br apartment in Gardens residences. Very comfortable, clean and excellent location. In the morning we had no hot water but it was quickly resolved by hotel staff.

Our stay at The Gardens Hotel was an excellent experience. Breakfast was the highlight of the day. They have a large selections of delectable food offerings. I live in the Southern part of the USA that is famous for their bread pudding. This hotel has the best bread pudding that I have ever tasted! The room was bery comfortable. The bathroom with the rain shower was heavenly. The view from the room was amazing. We could see the Twin Towers the KL tower, and the hill sides. They provided a clean good taxi every mornng for my ride to work. We would highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the outdoor pool was not covered and it was very hot to swim in the middle of the day. It was ok for swiming in the early morning or late afternoon.

I have stayed in this hotel alone and also with my family. We like everything. If anything goes wrong is from hotel guests. For example; went down one morning and found 5 dustbinbags full with pizza cartons etc.....definitely from guests. It was removed immediately by the housekeeping.

It's location was the best since it has 2 malls linked to the hotel. Great especially if you have young children. Good pool and there are toy shops and bookstores and an indoor playground in the malls. I borrowed a pram for my son from the Gardens Mall concierge which made it very convenient!

They have great gym. Proximity of the mall is great thing. Breakfast at the club floor was a quite poor. My room was not vacuumed at all and I needed to point this out 2 times before they went and vacuumed my room. Even after that they did not vacuumed under the beds for instance. Noisy aircon and mouldy window wall was not what I was expecting from the 5star hotel. However, location is good and these issues solved and I would go there again.

Very well maintained. Good view and location. The WiFi access in the room is poor in service. Limited access of the WiFi. Sought help on WiFi access and got very poor support. Passenger lift is too slow and irrating buzzer sound when one presses the buttons.

Convenience of location only. Breakfast spread was lousy and did not commensurate the status of the hotel. The wc hand bidet tap was way too low close to the floor to be reached easily. No dimmer control of lights, no night light. No free parking for guest. Wifi needs to re - log in every single occasion to use.

Spacious apartment rooms. Good in room facilities. Very near to shopping mall! Very slow check-in. Have to queue for 1 hour :-(

The room is very clean. Good location and the hotel is connecting with shopping mega mall. Not far from ktm and kl central. Nice view if stay at 22 floor. Staffs have shown their hospitality.

I m bitten by bed bug... And after a change of room, I still find bed bug.., by visual inspection; The hotel manager says he will get back to me on the bed bug situation, but there was no followup from him .

Water pressure taking shower is good. Pressure is good. Bad services. Lousy, very local malaysia flavor but can feel this hotel trying to be classy.sorry to say but u need decades to be. I paid for highest catagory for around rm600 per night for myself n my kl gf. Wana ask for express laundry they said they din provide and manager called back asked me to bring out to wash myself. Lobby sucks,reception cudnt even commute proper manner english.i wud sincerely suggest get some starwood or hyatt into jv partner to uplift total image bcomin an international one.

Looks attractive The breakfast buffet is hopeless for the price we paid, and Sage was closed on Sunday which was the main attraction of our weekend escape... Sigh.. The room (1713) had damp water marks on the interior and exterior bathroom walls... Bathtub was not cleaned properly.

It was another excellent stay. We really enjoyed it and will be coming back soon. Our first room smell of cigarette smoke, but the hotel manager changed us to another room the following morning.
