Very good option for families. We had a 2br apartment in Gardens residences. Very comfortable, clean and excellent location. In the morning we had no hot water but it was quickly resolved by hotel staff.

The spaciousness and comfort of the room. Generally, it's the cleanliness within the 4 walls in term of surrounding fixtures & the treated air that was emitted from aircon. Even the corridors & lift lobby are kept clean and tidy.Adjoining this hotel is the famous shopping mall where you can get anything under one roof. Close by , is the city centre-KL and not far away on the westside is the domestic airport. All these add into convenience. Hotel staff should be articulated when communicating with guests on local issues put up and not act deaf & dumb or taciturn during conversation.

They offer late check out at 2pm without question asked 1. No Duty Mgr on duty at night 2. Only one person at the counter for check in most of the time

Location was great. Rooms were spacious. There is a disco located on the 6th floor. Although we were staying on the 13th floor, the thumping bass music could still be heard. Thumping all the way pass 3am when we were staying over the weekend. Another downside is the lack of television channels. Equivalent hotels along Bukit Bintang had better channels to pick from.

Looks attractive The breakfast buffet is hopeless for the price we paid, and Sage was closed on Sunday which was the main attraction of our weekend escape... Sigh.. The room (1713) had damp water marks on the interior and exterior bathroom walls... Bathtub was not cleaned properly.

Hotel is conveniently connect to shopping center The parking rather troublesome, hotel lobby don't have enough seating sofa need to update to meet 5* qualification. I'm still trying to resolve the over charge on my credit card so far no result yet!

Very well maintained. Good view and location. The WiFi access in the room is poor in service. Limited access of the WiFi. Sought help on WiFi access and got very poor support. Passenger lift is too slow and irrating buzzer sound when one presses the buttons.

Convenience of location only. Breakfast spread was lousy and did not commensurate the status of the hotel. The wc hand bidet tap was way too low close to the floor to be reached easily. No dimmer control of lights, no night light. No free parking for guest. Wifi needs to re - log in every single occasion to use.

Everyone from the frontdesk, housekeeping, concierge was friendly and the staff would readily offer assistance whenever my family and I needed one. Thanks for making our stay an enjoyable and pleasant one! We would definitely come back to stay at The Gardens Hotel should we go for a holiday at Mid Valley again.

The room is very clean. Good location and the hotel is connecting with shopping mega mall. Not far from ktm and kl central. Nice view if stay at 22 floor. Staffs have shown their hospitality.

Excellent room ambiance which really make our stay very comfortable and nice. Fantastic gym, do bring along your running shoes or you can buy them from the mall linked to the hotel.
