poor service, no car park, small breakfaast area, too much entrance to hotel and no security there. singapore car can park at outside lobby whole nigth, malaysian car cant park even 10min. |

I loved the beautiful and exotic orchid arrangement in the foyer, and I liked the easy comfort and service in the bar area where I met several friends for coffee. I found it a little inconvenient not being able to pop into my friends' room easily, nor could they pop into mine - due to the security card system not allowing one to stop the lift at any floor other than one's own. But of course security takes priority. |

It was very well appointed. The rooms were very clean, spacious and provided a relaxing work environment. The large bathroom was an inviting room, as well. |

The service was impeccable. Was given a fruit basket by the executive housekeeper within minutes of arrival. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful. Check in process was quick and painless. The buffet selection was more than sufficient and the bathroom was bigger than average. The room service menu was a bit pricey but there are plenty of options for food by the shopping mall so it did not bother me. |

Convenience, We have to pay parking fees even we are the hotel guest. Breakfast not up to 5 star hotel standard.. Reception counter only have 2 staffs.. it take me 15mins to check in.. |

Non-smoking in the entire hotel, a very well maintained toilet in the shopping area beside the hotel for hotel guests only or pay RM5 to enter. Toilet is clean and towels are refilled almost instantly. There is a staff standby inside to assist. I did not sign up for breakfast in the hotel as there are alot of food outlets in the shopping mall. Toilet is very spacious with wardrobe also inside. Right beside the bathtub is the shower area so you don't have to step into the bath tub to shower like most of the other hotels. Room is pretty spacious. Pillows are soft and fluffy, bed is firm. What I would expect in the five star hotel and I was not disappointed. The swimming pool is not so "children friendly". It is pretty small. The fridge was not working and the yoghurt (6 small paks) which my son bought was all spoilt when we realised the next day it was not cold. |

my stay was fabulous. i was in an executive flr, and the room was more than what we expected. i liked the servive of the staff. gym n pool were good although it would be nicer if they can extend their pool timings later than 7pm. overall gardens was excellent. i will highly recommend this hotel.. |

Staff seemed honest and tried to help us find deals. Note, You ask, "Do you think guest reviews about this hotel on our website accurately reflect your experience there?" As I didn't read the reviews, I must answer this question incorrectly. Booking.com's price was great, but the typo indicating late check-out until 18:00 caused a little inconveinence when the Hotel said that Booking.com made an error. They still however extended our check-out until 14:00. (Up to two (2) hours past their (actual) standard 12-13 check-out time.) Great service (save one employee) |

- i enjoyed the privacy n those exclusive privileges. nice kl view from my room(kl tower n klcc visible. the laundry service problem-i wasted 3 more hrs waiting before i can check in. the hot water was not even warm enough at the max. |

New furniture and amenities. Room nicely designed and comfirtable. The bathroom was made of transparent glass. Everybody in the room can see the person who is taking a bath. |

Convenient location for shopping The first impression was horrible ! Valet service service was totally unprofessional and made the first and parking your vehicle is a nightmare in this place. None of the staff can give proper directions to the parking and valet is the only way you don't have to walk around the shopping mall finding your way to the hotel. I find it a shame that while some staff did present themselves as employees working in a 5 star establishment the frontliners at the lobby entrance totally destroyed this image and failed to attend to a customers needs. If you have to drive I seriously do not recommend you stay here |

The hotel's facility is great and very comfortable especially after long hour travelling or meetings. However, the car jockey is a bit disappointed as there is only one person manning the counter. We have been staying there for 4 days, where we have only seen one person running around to get all the jobs done. Most of the time, we spent our times waiting to get our car arrived. A 5-star hotel should get more jockies instead... |

We found the hotel very comfortable, a little disappointed with the Executive Floor canapes, service was great, but the food was a little stale. Perhaps because the time is stipulated 5pm-7pm you could arrange for canapes to be fresh and warm? We still had a very enjoyable stay. Well donr. |

Free from unexpected people at your room door The cleaning services/house keeping always came at late afternoon to clean the room ( 5.30pm). I don't like it and wish the hotel resechedule the cleaning services at mid morning. |
