Location at remote area and easy to access 1. Single Bed for Twin room was small should be different with standard room.. Suppose have twin deluxe room with 2 unit queen bed offered in the your website. 2. Wifi charge too high, supposed to lower the charge for local give it for free as like as McDonald and KFC did. With this free wifi, other people can easily promote this hotel during staying in this hotel.

The interior design of the rooml was very nice. The area that grand bluewave need to improve is breakfast buffet which not much variety menu serve during the breakfast.

The strategic location for business Front desk not friendly, not helpful. Do not know how to give important general information about the hotel. Doesn't know how to talk to customer should be more polite. Example " if u can check out earlier before 12.00 pm are much appreciated". Please send them for customer services training. got leaking at bathroom ceiling. the water step on my head every time i used it.

The room is nice, not too big and not too small, look and smells clean. Breakfast buffet minimal choice, average in taste . Friendly front staff. To pickup passenger from hotel parking is a hassle since u need to do u turn in main road and get back to the hotel as there is no access from parking to lobby to pick up.

The staff all very obliging and is in heart of the town. The room is quite old and the mini bar refrigerator was not working. the buffet breakfast is so expensive and doest not comensurate with the price and not many choices.

I'm impress to inform that the room is nice and comfortable for me.The hotel is good location nearby with shopping complex such as Plaza Alam Sental,SACCMALL and pkns Complex.I Enjoyed stay in this hotel and will come again during my stay in shah alam for next time.Thank You. Only for meals please do more variety of food.

I like Grand Bluewave coz the location of the hotel.The hotel very convenient and very easy to go to shopping outlet like Plaza ALam Sentral,Komplek PKNS and SACC Malls.Also the room is comfortable and have what i need.Thank You. Maybe the breakfast must be more variety food for next time.

I came for 3 days business trip with my family. My family really enjoyed staying at Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam, nice, relax and strategic location On 1st day (midnight) I was shock all room lights & tv went off suddenly, after I remove keycard and insert again the light back again, and this happen every 10-15mins I do make a complaint at frontdesk about off and on power disruption at my room and I believe due to keycard, complaint was not attended

Breakfast is varieties. Staffs at the restaurant are efficient and friendly. During the check in, the front desk staff looks moody. Wish she could smile more and be proactive.

انه انظف فندق في شاه علم الوجبات فيها ممتازه والاكل فيها يفتح النفس افطارهم وغيرها اطلاله الغرفه على طبيعه وخضار وجمال المسجد سلطان وانها قريبة من هذا المسجد وقريبه من المتحف السعر مقبول جدا تاخيرهم بعض الشي عند طلبهم لتنظيف ملابسك او غرفتك دفع مبلغ عند استعمال القهوه والشاهي المفروض انها تكون مجانيه عندهم تدفع حتى الماء المجاني في هذا الفندق يكون بملغ اعلا من سعره الحقيقي وعند تغير الصابون والشامبو في دورات المياه هنالك مبلغ تدفعه في حالة طلب جدد لهده المواد مع اني في اغلب الفنادق الذي زرتها كانت هذه المواد مجانية

Delux Suiteは広いです。また寝室は静かでした。 通常クラブフロアを利用しているので，ここでもDelux Suiteを予約しました。ところが，クラブフロアではなかったのですね。クラブフロアは会員だけの専用で- ，普通の人は取れないそうです。クラブ特権の説明がこのホテルのWebに載っていますが，意味がなかった。- 残念です。朝食はプアーです。期待しないように。また，プールサイドバーも存在せず，プールで私が泳いだ時- は，ほかに誰もいませんでした。

الفندق جيد و كان اختياري له للتعرف على مدينة شاه علم الرائعة حيث الهدوء و النظافة و البحيرة التي يمكن فيها ركوب قوارب التجديف ب 10 رنجت في الساعة حيث لا تبعد عن الفندق سوى 5 دقائق بالسيارة و قرب المدينة من الصن واي لاقون 15 دقيقة بالسيارة يعيب الفندق قلة تنوع الفطور بما يناسب العرب و لكنه في رأي مقبول
