Location at remote area and easy to access 1. Single Bed for Twin room was small should be different with standard room.. Suppose have twin deluxe room with 2 unit queen bed offered in the your website. 2. Wifi charge too high, supposed to lower the charge for local give it for free as like as McDonald and KFC did. With this free wifi, other people can easily promote this hotel during staying in this hotel.

New look on the room which attract my attention. Great work then!! The staff at the front desk is not greetings the guest very well and she si so busy on the phone while I have to wait for almost 2 minutes to look on her talking to the phone and my booking with booking.com is not available during the check in and I bet that will be my lucky day to stay at this hotel even though the booking was made at 6 pm the same day. No smile no greet from the staff as what this hotel rated 5 star in Shah Alam.. I think should be downgrade to 3 star for the staff and the management should take serious actions to improved more on the staff services at the front counter.

The room is nice, not too big and not too small, look and smells clean. Breakfast buffet minimal choice, average in taste . Friendly front staff. To pickup passenger from hotel parking is a hassle since u need to do u turn in main road and get back to the hotel as there is no access from parking to lobby to pick up.

I'm impress to inform that the room is nice and comfortable for me.The hotel is good location nearby with shopping complex such as Plaza Alam Sental,SACCMALL and pkns Complex.I Enjoyed stay in this hotel and will come again during my stay in shah alam for next time.Thank You. Only for meals please do more variety of food.

I like Grand Bluewave coz the location of the hotel.The hotel very convenient and very easy to go to shopping outlet like Plaza ALam Sentral,Komplek PKNS and SACC Malls.Also the room is comfortable and have what i need.Thank You. Maybe the breakfast must be more variety food for next time.

The front office officers were so friendly, helpful and kind. The room quite spacious. The bed sheet and towels were clean. Beautiful view of the Blue Mosque from our room. The breakfast is so-so and could be improved, in variety of the food and the way it served (don't let several dishes plates empty for quite a long time during the breakfast hours)

the room is fairly big and the bed is comfy. The pizza served by the room service was great.. location of the hotel Front desk staff has attitude problem and does not even greet or smile. The room carpet is old and dirty with stain all over. The furniture is old and worn out and the sofa is torn like a old piece of rag.. 5 star Hotel??? i don't think so...

The best is the view and recitation voice from the Sultan Salahuddin Shah Abdul Aziz (blue mosque).... It inspired me a lot.... The food prices are so high, they should have to lowered the prices of the food. Another important thing is the absence of Muslim Shower in the washroom... I think it also be installed inside the bathroom....

The interior design of the rooml was very nice. The area that grand bluewave need to improve is breakfast buffet which not much variety menu serve during the breakfast.

The strategic location for business Front desk not friendly, not helpful. Do not know how to give important general information about the hotel. Doesn't know how to talk to customer should be more polite. Example " if u can check out earlier before 12.00 pm are much appreciated". Please send them for customer services training. got leaking at bathroom ceiling. the water step on my head every time i used it.

staff is very kind and polite. They upgraded me to deluxe suite. Really enjoyed while we stayed there. My daughter love the pool and we are planning to go there again.

I love the lobby stail..looks luxury and relaxing, but need some arrangement for more seats. The room is excellent, beautiful carpets and layout, lightings.. I'll go there again if get special offer. The receiption at night check-in (male) was not so welcome, serious talking to guest. Please make more friendly receiption.

The staff all very obliging and is in heart of the town. The room is quite old and the mini bar refrigerator was not working. the buffet breakfast is so expensive and doest not comensurate with the price and not many choices.
