Nothing in particular.

The trip from the monorail and KTM was quite a distance from the hotel. Travellers with luggage will find it difficult to manage the walk to the hotel. The hotel's location is not ideal and was given the smoking room at the cheap rate which was very disappointing.

Staffs are friendly , big rooms ,near to amenities ..

should throw those big bulky tvs .should provide better and more pillows ..

The General manager was efficient and very helpful when the duty manager could not help us when we asked for a clean room but he did give our other party an upgrade and said that I had to pay more for a better room the general manager when I asked to see him the next day was fantastic and upgraded our room immediately

Our rooms were dirty and the bathroom was dirty and run down the ceiling in the bathroom I think it was paint peeling off the ceiling, the tiles were dirty, the bath/shower was rusty and green the non slip bath was filthy,

Receiption lady staff attitude very rude as like giving rooms for free to beggars very bad behaviour.Discrimination towards indian tourist.

Centrally located, swimming pool, buffet breakfast, security and ample parking lot, bathtub :)

The room decor and facilities is showing its age

We loved the pool although there is only 2 deck chairs for like 400 guests! The staff were nice and the bed was comfy

Room not cleaned properly on arrival, was a big turd floating in the loo when we arrived!! Smelly hall ways.. Non smoking hotel Can't open windows in the room Pool badly sited, sun only on the deck between 10-2

The reservation staff is not friendly nor helpful.I Am booking for different room but given the wrong room and then the new room given is hot. The air conditioner is not working as it should. When I report it to the reception staff, I don't think it been fixed because as I came back to the room the temperature still the same. The toilet hummm...I Can describe it as not what I expected from city hotel..the carpet also..I Can feel that it doesn't being vacuum for a long time. There was a robe inside my cupboard and it doesn't look clean enough. Also the television cabinet the door need to be fixed, smell cockroach..and the fridge is not been clean. The bed is small like my kid single bed at home. And the put an old hair dryer in the drawer..it look old. Overall I think I can accept the fact the the hotel is one of the oldest in town but when the first impression at the counter is bad, so I don't think that I will come back.

Strategic location of the hotel. Easy to book the hotel via booking.com Payment method (book via website, pay at the counter)

Lift is not customer-friendly. It doesn't work with the magnetic card at times. Environment looks old and not so clean.

the pool is so cool with no other guest during i'm going..which is 6metre deep. breakfast not bad.

no astro. they still use too old of furniture..its look like u watching classic movie.

The hotel is showing it's age, , would have been nice 20 years ago.

It takes me 15 to 20 minutws for chexk in when that time i in a rush. Coffee house staff maybe got personal issue since crying with her manager i think. They just ignored me even im the only person inside coffee house.

Location and cleanliness.

Astro channels only on executive floor. No sports channels.

I was very much disappointed. It is located totally out of the way, difficult to get taxi and concierge doesn't know the taxi's phone number, have to wait in the road to get taxi. Hotel is under renovation and the construction noise is irritating, bed linens are not clean.

1. Room services, always check the floor/carpet if having some crack glasses. This had been happen to me many times within a day on same room 1914.

From our room we could see Petronas Twin Towers, what was lovely view at night.

The room looked like quite old, though was clean.

Comfort and convenient to go somewhere else.

Lift to the car park.

Friendly staff. Reasonable price for room, breakfast and wifi included.

Furniture and fittings a bit worn but the hotel was upgrading 2 floors when I stayed. Breakfast was aimed at Asian guests with few Western alternatives on offer.
