the variety for the 'western' breakfast spread is a bit limited. Same spread for the 2 days but they did change for the local breakfast. |

Friendly helpful staff, evening meal and breakfast was good. Good location by the beach. Reception staff arranged for our taxi to the next morning. Cleaning in the bathroom could have been better, the mirror and tiles needed cleaning and polishing. This would not stop me from returning though. |

Its location close to town, also safety in parking area (although quite dim) and I believe, during peak season, there will not be enough parking space (rather small). |

size of the room & the view I did not like being charged 11.50 for 2 bottles of drinking water. There was no indication that the drinking water was a purchase item. I feel this is an overcharge, too high an amount to pay, and an unfriendly gesture considering a person cannot drink the tap water. It makes the place seem 'cheap'. Also, the bath towels were very, very old and worn. |

The buffet breakfast. We had the tradisional nasi dagang on our first day of buffet breakfast at the hotel. The taste was fine to my family. Actually we expected to have nasi dagang again for our next day's breakfast, but unfortunately they didn't serve nasi dagang daily. The basement parking lot. Can't they levelise the flooring? It's so uninconvenient to have your car park such a way. |

Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Location is good if you are using it as a base for visiting surrounding areas, but not if you want a beach hotel. Windows of all rooms were small, and the entire hotel and all the rooms are very dated. Breakfast was ok, but with very little variety from day to day. Well below expectations. |

good value for money and the pool and poolside are lovely. Due to it being quite a conservative muslim area very few people used the pool in my experience. although it has a seaside front and views - the beach is quite a bit further down the road so not as great a location as originally thought. |

The ease to travel to and fro the town of Kuala Terengganu. Close to everything - beach, shops, etc. Friendly hotel staff. Spacious room. Lack of parking space, and some of the hotel amenities are a bit outdated. |

si presenta decisamente meglio rispetto al resto degli edifici della città. E' in una buona posizione, con molti ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi siamo stati svegliati all'alba dalla funzione religiosa trasmessa con megafono che si svolgeva in un edificio vicino all'albergo. La colazione non è particolarmente ricca. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti singoli |

O quarto é confortável e limpo. Boa parada para quem está em trânsito para as ilhas. Não é possivel aproveitar uma das poucas vantagens do hotel que é a localização a beira-mar pois é uma praia que não se pode usar: feia e perigosa. A piscina está em um terraço cercado e não é um lugar agradável para ficar. |
