nothing choose for non-smoking room, but the hotel staff inform. No non-smoking room for the type i booked. No-body to serve in the reception. |

id like to cozyness of the room as it was equipped with an iron which i was amazed for the mount that we paid for a hotel room like this. not much of choices for the breakfast little to choose from. there was a misscomunication of getting a queen size bed as we as a couple was only given to separate double bed. in our earlier conversation it was agreed but at the check it there were no such request made that surprised us. need to inprove on these. your front desk personell was not so polite no smile are they looked so stressed!!!! |

the location, in the middle of Kuantan town. Other than that, NONE. the entrance, there is no signboard to the car park. Very difficult to get to the lift lobby, has to walk far to go to the lobby. The room smell of cigarette, even am asking for a non-smoking room. Am asking for extra bed, only after 4 hours they send us the extra bed, without the pillow, till I asked them. |

May be the location of the hotel itself...It is located next to the megamall... The customer services is not up to the hotel standard...For example..for the breakfast.... we are treated as we are at the school hostel. The food is tasteless and even the toaster is not working..... I really hope that you can improve these services in future.... |

Food at the Manja Coffee House is good and reasonably priced. Rating "poor" on point Hotel Staff specifically your Front Desk staff is indicative enough. |

It is convenient and Cheap. The hotel condition is not satisfactory. The water heater hose is leaking (changed after complaint). No towel upon arrival. No face towel is provided. |

The convenience of the location as it was within walking distance to eating outlets and the mega shopping mall. The housekeeping service was extremely poor. When I arrived, there were no towels and soap in the rooms. On another day, when I left the hotel to do sightseeing in the morning, I put the tag at the door knob for the rooms to be made-up. When I returned 6 hours later, the rooms were still not made-up. |
