Location.

Room service slow. TV channel not clear.

Recent upgrade on door entry (sensor card) and carpet change

Upon check-in at 2pm, rooms were only made available at about 3.45pm after several follow up with front desk. No bath towel and hand towel available upon room readiness. Bath towels were only available after 5pm and hand towels upon request. Need to further improve on these areas. Breakfast served were not hot and burnt (for chili chicken served on Sat, Oct 17, 2009), Pineapple served on Fri, Oct 16, 2009 were not ripe. Cafe waitress take food from the line and eat openly behind the counter while still on duty!!?

Ample car park and walking distance to shopping arcade and restaurants.

Good location and friendly hotel employee.

Television reception poor, breakfast poor, no free internet services (other hotel I stay in Kuantan have free internet services.

the hotel room is not what I expect it to be. The rooms look good at the photos but it is far from the reality. The bed sheet is smelly- I could smell someone saliva. The towels are hard and lack freshness.There is no hairdryer in the room- one has to call for it. The resturant does not serve good and tasty food. Food quite bland. The housekeeping dept is very slow to attend to your service.

I guess i should not complain about the buffet breakfast since the rate was low. Buffet was nothing to shout about. They also forgot to put in new towels. However, called up and the housekeeping came within twenty minutes or so to give new towels.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast that was inclusive in the price was limited in variety of food available but satisfactory.Location of hotel to amentities is good.

No newspaper provided in the morning.

id like to cozyness of the room as it was equipped with an iron which i was amazed for the mount that we paid for a hotel room like this.

not much of choices for the breakfast little to choose from. there was a misscomunication of getting a queen size bed as we as a couple was only given to separate double bed. in our earlier conversation it was agreed but at the check it there were no such request made that surprised us. need to inprove on these. your front desk personell was not so polite no smile are they looked so stressed!!!!

May be the location of the hotel itself...It is located next to the megamall...

The customer services is not up to the hotel standard...For example..for the breakfast.... we are treated as we are at the school hostel. The food is tasteless and even the toaster is not working..... I really hope that you can improve these services in future....
