Kinderen en extra bedden
Alle kinderen tot 12 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen MYR 50,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

De fietsen konden we gemakkelijk opbergen in de luggage. Het was een aangenaam familiehotel midden in het drukke centrum van Kuantan. |

De centrale ligging in het centrum van Kuantan, dichtbij enkele shopping malls en de parkeergarage onder het hotel Het hotel maakte een versleten indruk en is hard aan renovatie toe. Het sanitair was op en door de sleetse staat was het met de reinheid ook niet best gesteld. Het enige hotel op onze rondreis met kakkerlakken op de kamer. |

Recent upgrade on door entry (sensor card) and carpet change Upon check-in at 2pm, rooms were only made available at about 3.45pm after several follow up with front desk. No bath towel and hand towel available upon room readiness. Bath towels were only available after 5pm and hand towels upon request. Need to further improve on these areas. Breakfast served were not hot and burnt (for chili chicken served on Sat, Oct 17, 2009), Pineapple served on Fri, Oct 16, 2009 were not ripe. Cafe waitress take food from the line and eat openly behind the counter while still on duty!!? |

room is clean, well furnish and the breakfast buffet is OK. The parking (underground) is very tricky with a sharp corner and steep slope. i got my car scratch at its skirting when trying to drive out (even when i drive in 10-20kmh only)! there's no lift to directly goes to the lobby, forcing us to carry the heavy lubbage all the way to climb up stairs n open the heavy doors to reach the hotel lobby. |

Simple breakfast as the whole town was quiet during the morning being a fasting month in the Muslim calendar! Sufficient parking though not very convenient as the passage way was very narrow (old building) The air cond was not cold - in fact warm. |

centrally located as it just a walking distance to shopping complexes and food joints the hotel room is not what I expect it to be. The rooms look good at the photos but it is far from the reality. The bed sheet is smelly- I could smell someone saliva. The towels are hard and lack freshness.There is no hairdryer in the room- one has to call for it. The resturant does not serve good and tasty food. Food quite bland. The housekeeping dept is very slow to attend to your service. |

cheap, money's worth. I guess i should not complain about the buffet breakfast since the rate was low. Buffet was nothing to shout about. They also forgot to put in new towels. However, called up and the housekeeping came within twenty minutes or so to give new towels. |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast that was inclusive in the price was limited in variety of food available but satisfactory.Location of hotel to amentities is good. No newspaper provided in the morning. |

I enjoyed the location, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and the hotel was quiet. There was a lot of smoking in the lobbey in the evenings. This is illegal in Malaysia. As someone who is allergic, it was very discouraging to experience. |

id like to cozyness of the room as it was equipped with an iron which i was amazed for the mount that we paid for a hotel room like this. not much of choices for the breakfast little to choose from. there was a misscomunication of getting a queen size bed as we as a couple was only given to separate double bed. in our earlier conversation it was agreed but at the check it there were no such request made that surprised us. need to inprove on these. your front desk personell was not so polite no smile are they looked so stressed!!!! |

the location, in the middle of Kuantan town. Other than that, NONE. the entrance, there is no signboard to the car park. Very difficult to get to the lift lobby, has to walk far to go to the lobby. The room smell of cigarette, even am asking for a non-smoking room. Am asking for extra bed, only after 4 hours they send us the extra bed, without the pillow, till I asked them. |
