I went to the hotel at around 2.15pm but only get the room at around 3.30pm.I Waited at the lobby with frustration and the air-cond was not cool.Checking into the hotel room was not the nice bed sheet as what you see at the website.Is quite misleading.....

The quick respond to customers' request. The check in process need to be improved. It was taking too long time for customer to wait turn to check in. All the facilities such as towels and hair dryer should be prepared in the room in stead of customers request by themselves. The toilet needs to be re-furnished. The bath tube looks old and the paint on the bath tube is dropping a little bit by little bit. The breakfast needs to be improved in terms of choices and taste.

The location is just perfact for shopping, eating out and concenience for short stay traveller. The parking space is so limited, and the bed sheet will only be changed after 2 days.

Nothing, actually. Lobby quite nice. This hotel has since long passed it's best-before date. We visited the hotel in january 2012, using 3 rooms, for 4 days. Rooms - even though so called Premium rooms, they where worn, with mould in bathrooms, falty lightings. Pool - only 2 sunbeds to entire pool. No towels though advertised so. Broken tiles in pool, loose electrical wiring. Personell really bad in english and not knowing simplest things about region and services. Breakfast - maybe ok för indian or asian visitors.

Only decent thing I can say is that it's next to a supermarket and mall and a taxi rank. This hotel is past it's sell by date. Seen better days in the 80'S. Rooms had cobwebs when we went it. Damp smelling. Old and rickety furniture. Grotty bathroom. Phone was broken which they didn't bother checking before us checking in. No air-con in the corridors. Really poor breakfast and poor variety. The tv didn't work and they couldn't fix the aerial despite 3 attempts. I would avoid and book another hotel unless you're really on a budget or backpacking.

The staff of the hotel are friendly especially their front office manager when I wanted to use the pool side area for a photography session as they were helpful and being supportive by switching on the poolside lighting for us... Thanks a lot.

1. Strategic Location:near to the city area and shopping mall so good for last minute shopping. 2.Staff: friendly and helpful 3. Food: Variety for breakfast. 1.
