Enjoyed the location. Very close to shops. Had a lovely view over the bay.Hotel was what I expected, but very good value for what I paid. Breakfast ok, but could be made a bit more interesting with variety.Need to put a safe in the room. |

It was average. Nothing fantastic. A simple shopping mall next located nearby makes it easy to get food. Staff was friendly enough, but didn't bother going the extra mile to impress. |

The room was not clean. It seemed the bathtub was not clean for sometime due to no people use the room. Airconditioner in the hallway didn't work, very uncomfortable everytime you exit the lift before enter the room. |

It is a place to sleep and nothing much more then that. Go there without expectations and it is fine. Its not close, but also not too far from Kuah town, but there is a small mall right next door that has a supermarket. Staff were friendly and helped when asked. If you're looking for value for money and intend to use the hotel as nothing more then a place to sleep at night then its good value for money. The only gripe that I had was that either the bed or the extra pillow from the cupboard had bedbugs - I have the bites to prove it. But having said that I am allergic to the bites, so they could exist anywhere, in any hotel you stay at - just so happens they bit me here. Also, cable tv would have been nice, but again, you get wgat you pay for. |

Perfect location, in town centre. Room rate is not the same as in the internet booking. Booking rate RM 804.57 but the actual charges was RM885 for the same period of stay. |

It was the only remaining hotel had vacancies during the sean during check in & out, Reception told us that what we've paid through your website was just to confirm the booking in case we didn't show up and the money paid through website will be returned to me after one week from checking out and we had to pay another 460 MAR, but the money paid through your website didn't return to my account yet?? ... I am disappointed. |

We stayed here when our flight was delayed and we weren't able to get a room on one of the beaches for the friday night. The hotel was adequate, and had a reasonably nice pool. I would not recommend the location for anything except duty free shopping. Don't expect excellent service either, the reception was just short of chaotic. |
