There are few points that I would like to highlight for safety reasons : Hope they can revamp the basin [ cracked ] , bath tub [cracked ] and toilet bowl [ shaking and it can be moved ] for hygiene reasons : - towel [ stained ] - even the bread was covered with cloth , it still has a lot of flys flying around. - food is cold and not warm at all

The location was perfect. It was convenient for my family to do our shopping spree. The roof top swimming pool was cool with good view of the city. The breakfast provided wasn't appetizing. Could improve the room facilities. There wasn't any hot water to bathe and the room smells of stale. Otherwise it was okay.

Did not enjoy it at all. Staff attitude was bad especially the front office. Car park attendant was missing most of the time. House keeping did not even bother to clear the rubbish - although multiple calls were made to them, the reply was that they are too busy. Rubbish was not cleaned until we left. Swimming pool attendant was also missing. When he came over, did not provide pool towels despite repeated requests. Room rate at rm215++ was too expensive for the facilities and services provided.

Good sized room, nice and clean, with good aircon. Nice swimming pool on the roof. Good breakfast. Staff not very helpful. Nobody to show us to the room. Initially offered a room that was too small, this was changed on complaining.

Bad, Bad, Bad. This is the worst hotel I stayed. Very not friendly receptionist, room very old and with smelly. Air-cond not work properly, beds is worst and not comfortable. No provide drinking water in the room. Hotel Buffet breakfast also not delicious. I won't stay again. Even I stayed at some no star budget hotel is better than this.......

Big room, not expensive, the pool on the top of the hotel (22f) was great!! Very unfriendly staff - I felt like not beeing welcome!! Had to ask 3 times for the hotel internal laundry service which was very expensive too. I would suggest to stay in another hotel! I really felt like an idiot in this hotel! The people in malaysia areall so helpful - and the staff in this hotel was so unfriendly even if they get paid for!

We were placed on the 20th floor with a leaking ceiling. There was a horrible stench in the rooms. Mold on the ceiling too. Requested for a change to another floor.

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and and I felt a warm welcome. Food for room service is not expensive and good for family to stay. Upon my arrival, I requested our rooms to be side-by-sde and they have fulfill it....MARVELLOUS !! I have booked 2 Rooms and both toilets is not comfortable even and the door frame need repairs. One of the room without the prayer arrow for us.
