Good air conditioner. Good hot water in the washroom. Good pressure of the shower. Free bottled water daily. Free parking. Free wifi. Location. This time around was better because I did not encounter any bugs (including cockroaches) and the room was not stench of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately for this stay, one of my towels was stained with blood. A huge NO-NO.

Staff is efficient and accomodating. Family room is spacious with basic amenities. Family room can be more cosy with extra touches; there is no closet, chairs and tables around for guests convenience. Room is too bare and appeared to be cold and unwelcome.

Moderate room price. Responsive staff. The toilet flush was not working even after service. Parking lots not properly designed, too narrow for turning. Tissue papers not provided in the room.

Relatively new The only 3 stars hotel in teluk intan Good air conditioner Good hot water in the washroom Good pressure of the shower Free bottled water daily Free parking Free wifi Location All rooms are Smoking Room I killed 6 small cockroaches during my 3 nights stay.

Hotel Staffs are polite and helpful - No wireless connectivity in room even though hotel claimed to be wireless capable. - No satellites channel( e.g. Astro.. ) in room - Cigarettes smell in room even though it is non-smoking room. Not allowed to change as all rooms are fully booked - Shower water pressure low - Shower head non-adjustable for different height adult

Friendly,home-away-home,reasonable price,ideal location. Wifi frequency is slow,lack of inter-room phone connection,proper curtain to cover those hanging shirts n trousers.

Convenient location. New and clean. Not enough pillows as they are too thin. Yes they gave hot water kettle for deluxe room occupancy but your expected to bring your coffee and tea, if your want to make drink with the hot water. If you want to to talk to the reception, take the lift down as there was no intercom in the room.

Clean and close to city center. A new hotel with basic facilities 1. No shower hose, shower was for wall mounted which is difficult when showering young children. 2. No fridge 3. No swimming pool 4. No own website for direct online booking
