All older children or adults are charged MYR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The only thing I like about the hotel is that it was near to the restaurant where the wedding dinner that I was attending in the evening. The hotel was smelly & the toilet in the room not clean enough |

The hotel is okay for a day or business trip. The lighting in the room can definitely improved. It was the old yellow lights. Certain 3 pin plug was not working. However the technical staff quickly came to the rescue. |

Hotel is typical of Malaysian-owned hotels. (If it's broken don't fix it). However the staff were helpful in reorganizing accommodation to suit last minute extra guests. There is little alternative choice in Alor Setar and the competition is more or less on a par. Overall satisfactory for the purpose, but the experience will not leave anyone drooling for a return visit. |
