The hotel is acceptable to me as I just need a place to stay. In terms of facilities is considered just right. Food well prepared and they are also just rightly prepared. Overall the hotel is good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is a bit late ie 7 am. Normally I would like to have it around 630 as we need to utilise our day while travelling.

Just location is big plus. Hotel is really old, needs immidiate refurbishment. Dirty walls, stain in bathroom, air con smell, leaking sink, very poor choice of food for bfast.

The staffs are very courteous and helpful. They are always there when their services are needed. I didn't know that once the hotel reservation is booked through online booking, should he/she decides to shorten his/her stays in that hotel, he/she is responsible to pay the entire charges incurred during the length of the booking period of time even if he/she only stays in the hotel for a night.

water pressure and heater were good bathroom was tiny and the sink, toilet and shower area were cramped in together. towels were old and very used. breakfast was terrible. decided to eat out the 2nd morning. its a cheap hotel but still not worth it.

Dear Manager, First and foremost before I I write about the best allow me to write about the disappointing and worst of my stay. (A) The front office staff was not helping me at all. He did not know to direct me to the hotel (b) He wanted me to pay cash deposit knowing full well that I have submitted my credit card. The room 507 (a) shower water low pressure (b) The bathroom not fully equipped I.e the shower ammenities . the reception a) There was no bell boy or staff to assist me to carry my luggage. The best to the hotel a) easy free parking. I hope you would not want me to tell to other travellers about my bad experience do you . Last and not least if it help you I think I need an apology from the hotel Management of my bad experience Thnking you

Deluxe room with a small bathroom which looks like a budget hotel bath room. What a shame... When we ask the receptionist, the answer was : "Sorry sir, that's the only room left". Damn.........

Nothing much to write about the hotel since stayed a night. Only would like to highlight here that the road from Hotel to junction of Zahir Mosque need to maintain the cleanness. Is a bad image if visitor like me for the first time being there. The rubbish and unpleasant smell throughout the road make uneasy feeling. Suggestion, hotel management can inform the local authority municipal about it.

Reservation good. Reception friendly. Hotel staffs very good, fast and efficient. Facilities as average level, furtehrmore can be improve. Surau for Muslims prayer is ok but small little bit with little lack of the facilities and others.
