Nice and helpful staffs from front desk to the housekeeping, including those work in the cafe as well.

There was one time in few weeks ago my car was broken and based on the car condition after the incident I believe it was an attempt to steal the car. Made a police report immediately and they came for investigation after. According to the policeman, my car was parked at the out of surveillance CCTV area installed by the hotel. Sad to know and hard to accept this could happen since I parked my car just opposite of the hotel.

The fornt desk office staff are great, in fact very good at their jobs, they and i mean all of the staff are wonderful.

Even the room comes with complimentary breakfast, but it seems like the cafe served not enough food. We went for breakfast 1 hour before it closed but only plenty of food left. And there are few more guests haven't breakfast yet. Plus, the cafe sell alcoholic drinks. Not suitable for muslim guests.

Very friendly reception staff.This Hotel is good value for the money spent. The facilities were good and the Hotel was clean. It was in a good location, with a variety of local cheap eating food courts. Walking distance to McDonalds and large Tesco store.

Excellent stay for this price range (RM 40)! The room was small, but tidy. Tile flooring gave the place a clean feel that many other hotels of the same price range cannot maintain. Wi-fi speed was acceptable, but due there was no security enabled, so I didn't trust it without using a VPN. The only thing I really missed, though, was a proper sitting chair for the desk, whereas my room only had a stool. The bedding showed a little wear, but this is to be expected for a room of this price range, and was better than many other hotels in the range. No swimming pool, but there is a restaurant in the hotel, which is convenient. There are several eateries within walking distance -- mostly expected local fare, so not too exciting -- and a Tesco's and a little one-story mall called "Today's" -- not much else within a twelve minute walking radius. Overall, I was well pleased with the value and would stay here again, while alone or looking for a budget stay with my wife -- unless you need a proper chair to sit in at a desk for business purposes. I recommend.

Basic and simple. Easy access to pasir gudang and Masai old town. 2 supermarkets within short distance make staying there not boring...Like!!

The bed cover and bed sheet need to be improve further. some time when its not white, people will tend to think the bed sheet and cover were not change.

Overall Ok. The courtesy of the front desk in trying to solve my problem. The room with window facing the river was quite peaceful and calming.

Very interresting hotel for a stop in Johor Bahru. Very clean with a fair breakfast. Rooms are well equiped and clean.

A little bit far away from the town center but well located for a stop on the way from or to Singapore.

1. Rate paid was cheap for solo traveller. 2. Room size just ok for a couple. 3. Many shops, eateries nearby.

Saya suka kerana pekerja-pekerja mereka mesra lebih-lebih lagi di bahagian kaunter. Selain itu mereka cekap.

Pengurusan tidak dapat membuat keputusan yang tegas lebih-lebih lagi apabila tempahan yang telah dibuat terpaksa dialihkan kepada bilik lain atas alasan penyewa yang sedia ada sebelumnya tidak mahu 'check-out' walaupun bilik itu sudah ditempah lebih awal. Sebagai pelanggan yang sering menyewa hotel ini, saya mengalah kerana ingin menjaga nama baik hotel ini pada pandangan pelanggan lain yang mungkin kali pertama menyewa hotel ini. Walau bagaimanapun saya berharap hotel lebih tegas di lain masa.

selalu tempahan bilik eksekutif yang telah confirm dibatalkan kerana tempahan dari syarikat2 besar. sila pastikan bilik yang ditempah memang benar2 kosong supaya tidak kecewakan pelanggan
