I like the room, it is good, clean and comfortable. For the money i pay, i get a great value. For front liner, please ask them to always remember that they are selling the service, therefore customers are the most valuable among everything...be customer focus to get your service excellent. |

To me i and my family love to shop around chow kit area,i think thats the perfect hotel around chow kit area and convenience for those with kids as it is not too deserted place. I think the toilet.The floor keeps flooded with water and the drainage is right inside the bottom of the face sink,so the water hardly go through that area and keeps on flooding the toilet floor. |

Nice view to KLCC, but you have to be lucky with the room they assign to you. I was almost not at the hotel, just for sleeping, so I can't really comment about the other facilities. For me, it was not as close as I thought to the city. At least not in a walking distance. The shower was not 100% clean and the safe did not work.I saw a roach in the lift. For an hour internet you have to pay RM 15 (approx. EUR 3) which I believe is expensive for KL. |

I was very happy with my stay here. The staff were friendly, courteous and always helpful. Thanks to the great rate through booking.com. I had my breakfasts in the cafe downstairs and was impressed by the international selection, particularly when compared with another hotel I stayed at in Penang. |

Room is spacious and clean. Location near to monorail and eating outlets behind the hotel. Walking distance to PWTC and The Mall or can hop on the LRT from Titiwangsa station to The Mall. A customer service staff called me, asked about feedback on room and mini bar. But actually the minibar was empty! On day of check out, at about 11am someone called me to remind the check out time was 12 noon.That's the first time I got a reminder in any hotels I have stayed. Do I need a reminder???? Of course, I know the check out time is 12 noon. |
