It was a long way out of town & you had to catch a taxi there & back. The room was so dirty that we complained and were upgraded to the delux room which was very down market. We wanted our money back but they would not give it |

Price is reasonably good considering mine is last minute booking and location of the hotel not too bad. The bathroom was not well cleaned.Staff are polite but not friendly. Very limited parking space with no security. |

friendly reception staff during our check-in breakfast area was dirty and empty already 30 mins before end of breakfast, the chef didn't use any tools to make omelettes but his fingers, the dirt on the oven was at least several months old. |

Clean & firm beds. Rooms spacious & comfortable with decor, pleasant & soothing. Provision of kettle & instant beverages was welcoming. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel surrounding peaceful for a good night rest. No toothpaste & brush. Taps in toilets were old & could not be turned on & off easily. Water pressure was low. Switches to room light was not conveniently located near the entrance door & bed. Remote control to TV could not be found. |

The staff were courteous and helpful. The jug for boiling needed to be replaced ass it was rusty inside. The morning breakfast needs improvement - there was no curry for the pratas. |

The hotel is within town area, carpark is very easily accessible, very convenient to go around anywhere in Malacca. The room that I booked is for Executive but upon check out my bill shows Deluxe room, not worth the amount we pay for 2 exec staying for 3 nights. |

The conceirge ppl were friendly. The centralised air conditioning system is very unpractical and too old. We cannot control the temperature. The parking space is too too limited that we had to come back earlier to avoid disappointment with finding parking lots. |

For your info, I check in at 2.30 pm and can enter the room at 3.45 pm and second room 4.00pm . This situation never happen to me before. I frust book / stay this hotel because wait to long time to enter the room. |

The service is good and location of hotel is quite close to places of interest (within walking distance about 30 minutes). The car park is easily accessible from main road. There is a hawker centre next to the hotel and other eating places (e.g. Farmosa Chicken Rice Ball Restaurant) are within walking distance. The Tan Kim Hock Local Products Shop is also within walking distance from the hotel. It would be nice if the air con can be remote controlled and if hair dryer is available in the room. For guests who want to relax at the swimming pool, they might be disappointed with the small size and basic facility at the roof top. There is no children's pool. Note that there is no pavement for pedestrians along the hotel side of the road, thus guests must be careful when walking along the road. |

1. Arrived at 2.15pm, room not ready. 2. Breakfast with all the food(curry, & prata not fully fried) served cold esp coffee.3. Toilet bowl choked. 4. 2 guests & only 1 set of toiletries.5. Staff should give us a smile to greet their guests. If not other hotels(Equatorial/Mokhata/Renaissance/Bayview)were- fully booked I'' don't think I considered. Too bad I am honest. |

Only the buffet breakfast was ok though not excellent. Yes, You should have the management check periodically. The room that I had was terrible. The toilet shower curtains were old and black. The toilet seat was with stains of glue and the toilet cistern was crack and plastered with a tape. The towels need to be changed completely. The condition of the toilet was terrible. You had only 1 poor girl as receptionist and when checking out it took quite sometime as she had to handle a few waiting at the cue. It is not right to have the dinning area adjacent to the reception. It is a good hotel in terms of centralization as everything is walking distance but I really do not know whether there is any check and maintenance done. Your TV's condition is also not to standard with limited channels. |

2 Queen side beds in my room. Room is clean as well. Value for $$ Car park is rather limited but I managed to find one during my weekday stay. (More or less expected as I have read other people review from the website), Nevertheless,understamd we can park our car in the hawker centre car park which is well lighted next to the hotel. |
