Despite the condition of the hotels that is bit old, the staff and the location are great. They are very friendly and welcome us warmly the moment we step in. Thank you so much to the staff. Location was good and very accessible to the tourist attractions. To renovate the toilet as in some room especially mine the toilet bowl is really worn out. Breakfast was good and eventhough the hotels are fully book the staff manage the crowd well. |

Centralised city location and excellent service staff. Room 306 was not ready for occupation even at 2.30 pm. Room 301 had faulty toilet. Air-con control should be available. TV set is pretty old and picture quality is poor. |

The staff were really friendly and accomodative. Appreciated that very much as they really tried very hard to locate a hairdryer for me even though the hotel was fully occupied and all were being used. If possible, pls renovate the rooms as the conditions are sort of run down. |

I had booking for deluxe room. When i reached to the hotel, the requested room was not availabe. The hotel upgraded me to executive room but is not suit with my requirement. I selected deluxe room is because there were two queen size beds in the room. |

use of a clean well sized pool ~suggest you give this more prominence on website did not get any confirmation that the deposit had been destroyed ~ at checkout ~ all other hotels tore upthe deposit slipin font of me. Please advise your sister hotel in KL that they have bedbugs in the room i stayed in ~ Am unlikely to stay with GC group in future 4 this reason |

The conveniences of the hotel location. Less than 5 min walk to 24hrs mini mart and 7-11. If possible of provide with remote control to adjust air condintional, furniture can be more well kept. |
