Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam Het hotel voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachting die we hadden. Als Nederlanders wonen we In Bangladesh en dit soort hotels kan je daar verwachten en accepteeren, in Melacca daar integen niet. De kamers waren vuil, de airco was niet te regelen en stond standaard op 18 graden, Kamers naast een food court die tot laat in de nacht open was, enz enz. zeer slecht. |

We liked the 2 queen sized beds which could easily accomodate a family of 4 comfortably. The pool did not have any towels and was also not able to provide any extra towels. They could also improve on the breakfast items for example have a smaller range but better quality. As feedback, the coffee was very diluted, the margarine quality was terrible. The Asian food spread was acceptable. |

The prompt and patientence service shown by the staff. The cleaniless of the room and to my surprised my room was ready even well before 2.00pm. I was so tired after a long trip by land at that time. Thanks.The clean surrounding . I guess that was really the great welcome gift to a tired traveller. Maybe just allow me to say this... "A Three Stars Hotel with a Five Stars service". Really and I'm not pulling your legs. Keep it up. thank you. I'll stay there again soon. |

the buffet breakfast, eventhough simple, it is complete, but i wish there are more cereal choices for the kids. 1. The room colour! 2. Staff could at least smile a bit more. |

The bed was comfortable. The toilets were clean. The hotel is old. You can't adjust the airconditioning in your room. So it was freezing. I asked the hotel staff to do it for me.. But they didn't do a very good job. Some of the towels had stains on them... Breakfast wasn't very good. The lights were quite dim, but that may be a personal preference. Also, the walls are really thin. |

The location is ideal as I had to attend a function at the edge of Melaka town. Moreover, it's good distance with Jonker's Street. As I've stayed before in Grand Continental, I am sort of a loyal person who'd like to stay at the same place for the reason of familiarity. And the price is affordable. Being a hotel and a customer oriented industry, the hotel may like to review it's training of it's staff on customer service. They hotel could strive to make a difference and deliberate customer service experience. |

location of the hotel. Welcome drink and foods serve more than 30 minutes, we give up. Not enough hotel car park until I park my car road side, water flow in bathroom slow, after complained, no maintenance staff come . |

The bed is clean and the hotel staff are helpful. Not possible to adjust the temperature of the air cond. Transportation is not convenient as we need to wait long for the taxi (phone call made by the hotel staff). The breakfast was not good. There was an insect in the jam. |

The staff was excellent, room is generally clean. Stayed at the 'Executive' Floor. Was surprised to find that there is no thermostat control in the room. Aircon was a little dodgy, sometimes hot and sometimes extremely cold. TV Channels is poor, showing only local channels. Also the sound proofing of the room is horrible, even though I'm on the 7 floor, I could hear the cars zooming by and my room was not even facing the main road! |

Very surprise with the services. Comfortable of accommodation and variety of buffet. There is no signboard to the hotel and the hotel light is a bit dimmer. Customer will not easier to find the hotel. |

Nothing at all. Infact was very dissppointed with the room. The carpet need to be clean! I guess it not being change ever since!!! Blanket in the room was torn! |

The Hotel Staffs are extremely good & friendly especially the first day checked in the Reception Staffs were super friendly :) and i like the room. Even it's not a very high class hotel, yet the room facilities are SUPER good. Of cause the location is good also it's convenient to walk over to Jonker Street not that really far. After all, it's value for money indeed :D The foods are not good enough. In fact we don't really mind to pay extra money but for good foods. Even a cup of coffee is not up to standard that's what we were disappointed that day. The morning buffet was also quite poor. The foods were already cold & no refill for drink. That was one hour b4 the session should be closed. Personally think this can be improved ^^ |

Nothing special in particular. Good view of the surrounding buildings, and next to an old church (St. Peters) - added bonus.The bathroom facility was adequate and the facilities were in working order. The cars parked at the parking lot was haphazard and many were were taking up 2 parking slots. The reception got my room wrong i.e. standard instead of deluxe, and when I enquire whether it was 2 queen size beds or 1 king size bed, i was not asked whether I could upgrade. I did not find a thermostate which would be a good thing to have. |
