Its easy access and strategic location at central of Melaka City of which easy and convenient to go everwhere in Melaka. The room is very comfortable and spacious. At the point my staying the swimming pool cannot be used and no kids pool is available there. By right the kids pool should be constructed. More or less had made myself and families frustrated due to this unexpected situation. The airconditioned system in this hotel cannot be controlled by rooms itself as it is controlled by the hotel centralised system. No inhouse telephone directory in the rooms |

The stay was short, only one night. Even though the room was quite comfortable enough and good air conditioning too. I have stayed at the said hotel before, so I know they a swimming pool at the Top Floor but it close doing some repairs. I was quite dissapointed because it has been quite sometime I have not go for a swim. |
