Excellent hotel! The room was very comfortable and cosy. The bed was the best one during my whole 3 weeks holiday in Malaysia. The location was good, short walk to the center of the town. The staff does not speak english very well, but they are all friendly and very positive and that makes a very nice atmosphere in this place

Nearby city center, easy access.

Restaurant's staff are not following Hotel sop like laughing laud while other customers are having their meal. They don't respect guess and need trainin.

this is the first time i step in to kelantan...and i'm a bit surprise to find kelantan is so great.. not so left behind compared with other state...i love this hotel cos it so cozy n comfortable...make me feel like at home...

Good location, just a short walk from main bus station, central market and night food market. Basic room, clean and with aircon. Good value for money, breakfast included.

No fridge! The room got extremely hot during the day and the aircon was working hard to cool it down. Aircon was positioned to blow right to the bed and it gets uncomfortably cold, but then if you turn it off the room gets immediately hot again. I guess it comes with the climate. The breakfast was ok, but does not cater much to western tourists, not to mention vegetarians. Only vegetarian option was toast, the rice had chicken pieces in it. Not a complaint, but a warning to non-locals.

The reception staff were really cheerful and helpful. The location is central.

The room didn't have any soap or loo paper when we arrived, and no bedside lamps.

We liked the room and the staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived late at night.

Located at the centre of Kota Bharu; walking distance to Shopping Mall & infamous Bazaar Khadijah. Staff are very friendly. Room condition is okay, clean and sufficient facilities. Overall, excellent value for money.

Expect more choices for breakfast.

For the price that we paid, the hotel could at least provide shower caps, individual soap....there was no fridge, too.....

Quick checkin, Clean rooms, good bed, nice breakfast with western and malaysian food. nice shower too. Price-value wise this placeos good. We stayed there as we had to catch an early flight to Singapore. This hotel was great for a night's stay. Friendly staff who also arranged taxi to the airport.

Hotel is pretty neat for the price, but fails on the details. There were holes in the towels, a strange staint in the bed linen and staknt sin the hallway carpets. Kota Bharu is not a pretty city either.

Its location suited me well, as it's close to the bus terminal where my long distance arrived the city - it's just 3 mins on foot. Also, it's close to shops, central market and eating places, all within short walking distance. The staff were exceptionally helpful; responding to couples of minor issues reported, they came very quickly to attend/fix, and apologized for inconvenience caused. The price of this hotel was reasonable comparing to similar class hotels in the city. The included breakfast was basic.

The wifi set up was awkward and didn't work well; though the staff helped by allowing me to plug the router cable at reception area to my netbook for temporary connection. A better fix is required to make workable wifi access. The carpet along the corridor had quite some dirt marks. Some breakfast foods were not hot; obviously not warmed up while in containers while in the cafe.

The is a great hotel for a stop over before heading to the Perhentian Islands. It's clean, with large rooms and since it was Ramadan we were given a made to order breakfast instead of a buffet, which was very nice. For the price, you really can't get better.

The staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about how to get a ferry to the islands, but other than that they were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, very convenient location (on the same street where the bus station is), clean and good value for money. The breakfast was also included and it was quite a good one. Great place to stay if you go to Kota Bharu,we totally recommend it!

The only little thing we didn't like was that the super heavy bathroom door wouldn't remain open and it was quite hot inside. Other than that, it is an excellent option!

We stayed here because of a early flight to johor. They made it possible to get breakfast at 5:45am. The room is clean and big enough, especially if you travel as a backpacker.

the staff is really so so, one of the guy when I checked in looked all the time my girlfriend. It's for me a lack of respect for my girlfriend and me.

Nice hotel, located conveniently 3 small blocks away from the main bus station (easy walking distance). The room clean, quiet and pleasant. Staff were friendly, and even though the breakfast buffet is a bit limited, it had all the essentials and at this price point one doesn't often get breakfast, anyway. There is a night market a few blocks away too, close to the bus station - good food!

major attaction/facility is just ca. 20 min. max by foot.hotel is spacious and clean.

the break-fast should include local food such as nasi dagang/kerabu. no hairdryer and no small fridge.

Location is near to city centre. Free wifi all over the hotel area. Comfortable & clean room.

No free parking. Tv channel got 1 only ( probably they got some issues during my stay). Toiletries not complete. Breakfast was average.

Dirty room, weathered old furniture, dirty linen, additional charges, cracks on the wall, construction works noise in the middle of the night (fortunately they stopped after I've called to reception). Photos on booking.com aren't match rooms.

Near to Stadium, because I'm going to watch football match with my family. Also near to main city Kota Bharu. Food stall just in front of Hotel. Great hotel for it price.

Air cond not so good, water drop from unit. Bathroom so smelly, need to open window in bathroom to clear out the odor. Door so difficult to lock, should use new design of door lock.
