It was within a short walking distance to most of the attractions in Malacca. It smelled musty. |

It is just a 2 to 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and its therefore convenient for people who wants to shop there. Its economical to stay there too. Ideal for budget tourists. The breakfast was horrible. There was no kettle in the room and we had to refill our hot and cold water from the dispenser placed at the corridor. Worst still the hot water was not hot at all, its only warm and we had no means to make our coffee and enjoy it in our room during our 4 days stay there. |

The staff was very friendly and obliging especially regarding the late checked-out. The breakfast was simple but the person-in-charge was quick to notice the short-comings of his staff. I will stay there again. |

It is near to the shopping places around and its near to the historic monuments in Melaka. Nothing much. The room was quite cramped. Just hope that had more spaces at the hotel rooms. |

Close to Jonker street (and some restaurants), free internet, value for money A bit far from Melaka mall; public transport in Melaka is poor, so u either have to walk 20+ mins or drive/take a cab |

The hotel is very near to Jonker street, about 5 mins walk. Ants in the room! The room is so hot that we got to move the bed directly infront of the aircon when we sleep. |

The fact that there is a hair dryer and cable television surprises me. Basic tolietries are also available. 100% wifi for us to log on in the comforts of our room. Fantastic location, about 3 minutes walk to reach jonker street. Value for money. Stains on blankets and sheets. Signs of age in the bathroom. |

Hallmark is close (within walking distance) to so many tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and clean enough for a good rest. The receptionist (lady with soft voice) was very helpful. The breakfast was simple but the cook made it very tasty. Overall superb. |

Walking distance to Jorker Street. Budget Hotel with free parking lot. I stay in the Family Room, due to no window inside, the air in the room is somehow quite stuffy. |

The Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. They have a hot and cold drinking water dispenser so this is very useful for us and we do not have to trouble the house keeping staff. The reception staff is also helpful and the cafe staff is friendly. The mattress seriously need to be replaced because it has already sunk down. We had a backache because of the poor support. We request for a non-smoking room but we were given a room with an ash-tray so that indicate it was a smoking room. Even though the guests are advised not to smoke, we felt that more measures should be taken to ensure that the guests do not smoke by taking away the ash-trays. The toilets and basins are stained quite a bit so I would suggest that this hotel need some upgrading. |
