The pool is cool, attached with kids water park, open beach, pool bar and handmade sand make it the best pool in town! Quite far from night market and food court Batu Feringgi (20-30min walking), better take a cab for RM10.

No shuttle service to major malls, George Town or airport. We dont mind to pay a small fee rather than at least RM30 per ride to the taxi drivers who never use the meters. The airport pick up service was poor, the car was very old and only 2nd gear was working. It was a very dangerous ride from airport to hotel. We shared with the hotel but no response.

Staff was really nice, the rooms were clean, the food was very good. We really like the pool, kids friendly. The location of some of the rooms, we booked a mountain view and we could see part of the mountain and the rest of the view was the ac compressors, we requested a change of room and they were booked that day but the next day they gave us another room with a sea view, much better room.

Great facilities especially having a Lagoon Room and immediate access to the pool. Pool clean and with plenty of space with several different depths to suit all ages and abilities. Pizzaria very good quality food especially the spag bol. Good location just along from the night market and restaurants of Batu Ferringhi. Very impressive lightening storms at night over the sea. Great hotel for children and families. The service in the Hard Rock Cafe was extermely poor with long waits and staff seeming unorganised - food very good when it did arrive. Having a picture of Elvis Presley looking at you in the toilet. Prices fairly expensive.

The setting of the room and the concept which is widely acceptable for my age. Music and people cheering making the experience more lively. First impression of the room wasn't up to my standards for the money that I am paying for. The Hard Rock cafe wasn't up to my standard as well. Food is salty.

The facilities for kids were wonderful, especially the pool slides. The floats were RM 10 per day. Couldn't it have been free for hotel guests, say one for each room? I didn't understand the need to charge for those things. Also couldn't there have been a special discount at the Hard Rock Shop for hotel guests?

I dont like anything in the hotel.. Not worth for the money Not satisfied due to very small size of bed for 2 adult and 2 kids.. Only good in photos but real so unsatisfied.. Very late to check in..lif only one thats is very far from our room.. Will never come again, not worth for the money, breakfast limited, and will never recommend to friend
