We like the hotel very much. It's really good to stay. Easy access.

Breakfast, there is way to improve for on this portion.

Overall I am satisfy with the service, facility, & environment.

There is no variety of foods for the breakfast and wi fi also not available in the room.

Hotel room and environment.

I requested for staying 1 night more, which unfortunately the person in charge tried to increase the rate compared with the first night. This is very rare in 4 Star Hotels and is unethical.

Gardens are beautiful. Rooms are spacious.

Long way to reach hotel. All is poor in this hotel. Food. Transport. Broken doors. Bad smell. Water problem with toilet. Next village is better.

service its average... when my husband and I was check-in, they do the maintenance while My husband and I inside that room.. they never ask before.

theres no bell boy/concierge. The second room i booked was at a dismal state. High time for renovation.

A bit rundown generally. Should renovate and repaint the rooms, so that it always look new and comfortable.

Its a nice relax hotel parking is good, receptionest professional, breakfast very nice and verity of food items, I recommend this Hotel to every body :)

Signboard/Intruction for this hotel should be improved in order to avoid any confusion to tourist to search this hotel location. Because I went there and did notice their signboard but non arrow of direction & how many kilometres ahead stated at the signboard. Can make people lost in order to find this hotel.

the services of the restaurant during morning breakfast is very poor. please be well-prepared such get more staffs to serve the custmers and prepare more food when there is peak season such christmas. I hope to see the improvement for next stay during peak season.

It is hard to find a thing to like, to be honest! We were vey disappointed, the hotel looked ruined and 'tired' Perhaps it was a glamorous hotel back in 80s, but...The reception looks fine, but the hallways and rooms were horrible.

The staff was very young and unexperienced- they didn't really care about you if you had any questions.Unhelpful. The hallways were dirty and not secured- seen many cockroaches too! (Dead and alive). The lift was old and it was a scary ride- most of the time we opted for stairs. Hotel room was spacious, and the balcony had a nice view. The room was dirty, found people's hair on the floor, bathroom was stinky and quite small. Breakfast was included, however very poor. The food looked not fresh, items like milk or yoghurt were out not in a cooler or ice, cheese was still in its wrapping...as someone just run to the supermarket! We had breakie there first date and then just skipped it the next. Staff was no where to find!

Nice big room with a good view over the area and mountains.

Restaurant staff rather unproffesionel serving the maindish before appetizer finished, despite being told before that at least 10 minutes should pass. Ordered one kind of sauce for the steak to be seved at the side. Got the other sauce and poured over the steak. Vegetables and corn mentioned on the menu to be served with the steak, but not available. However as a curtisy steak was the free of charge which in the end made it almost acceptable.

Hotel staff were not at all friendly and no assistance was provided on arrival, not even a welcome smile.

I have requested for double bed room but the staff told us that they just left the twins bed room. After the negotiation, they gave us a free upgrade to larger room with double bed but no balcony. A bit disappointed that I can't enjoy the view from balcony.

the hotel location is great nearby town and as well countryside feel

some staff and room there are below par, i receiving wrong direction twice from a trainee that suppose to know and was giving as room looks hunted. luckily i manage to change by a helpful staff
