A surtout oter de votre site, un hotel superbe de l'extérieur, horrible à l'interieur. sale, sans fenetre, extremement bruyant, en fait une autoroute passe au pieds et cet hotel est à linterieur d'une gare!!!!!! avons du annuler notre deuxieme nuit pour quitter ce lieu absolument pas recommandable!!!! |

very bad, I found that the actual conditions were far away from the description they provided both at booking.com and their own website. one example, they claim to provide IDD calls, while they don't even offer phones in guest rooms. I had to leave on the first day and move to another hotel. 1) the windows were not noise-isolated, so couldn't really sleep. 2) the quality of food was too bad. 3) you see almost nothing through the windows, cause there is a wall barryer blocking them. |

We were made welcome and allowed to check our room and quickly offered another (which had bath rather than just shower). The room was big, clean but of course not sparkling, and cozy enough. We enjoyed our stay because our expectations of a good basic budget hotel were all satisfied. Thanks! Breakfast was just a little too scrapy (small)! Allowing at least a glass of (el cheapo) juice as well as (cheap) tea/coffee - instead of just one or the other - would be a basic improvement. However the waiter/cook did happily refill my coffee cup. Overall the hotel provided good basic, but not unclean or nasty, accommodation. Good value for a budget hotel. |

Quite and clean environment in the room. When power cut the hotel does not seem to have backup.Vegitarian food choices can be added. Phones in room can be considered atleast to call the reception. |

The service from the Bell person Andrew was the only good thing about my stay. The mould in the bathroom was really bad and the shower curtain was very mouldy also. I suspected that there may have been a problem with the self service laundry but was assured that it was all working well and then I found out it wasn't. I ended up taking my washing back to my room and rinsing it by hand and wringing it out by hand too rather than risk another failure. |
