The view of the river and the proximity to the waterfront. I tried it on behalf if my company and will not recommend it since, apart from the location, it offered no more than an average 3 star hotel. What a disappointment! Since we have a big team who regularly visit Kuching I will look for other alternatives. The hotel is definitely not on par with other Hilton Hotels that I've stayed in around the world.

I used this hotel many times for business stopovers in Kuching. I work for Shell and Shell has an arrangement with this hotel. The room could use remote switch off of lights

The location and view was great. The pool seemed a little old fashioned but pleasant to sit and take a dip. The upgrading of the rooms was done at unsociable times like 7am in the morning!!the drilling and banging was not nice.

The location is excellent. The staff in all areas of the hotel were helpful and courteous. The dinning is of international standard. I would recommend to friends, and relatives, and most importantly I would definitely stay there again in future. Nothing negative.

When we arrivired, they can't provide the room we had booked, as the hotel going thru some renovation work at the third level, thus the front office staff upgrade us to the executive gloor located at the 12 level, and stress that the room was upgraded on complimentry, despite I shown them that I am HH member. The staff keep telling us the room was newly renovated, it seem to me that they are so proud of the hotel under go the renovation for the comfort of the guests. Beside this, the executive lounge staff of unattentive, lazy and food has finished but don't bother to refill, despite I pay full amount for the breakfast. We have to eat left-over food that have none left. The room was nice and the view are great. The hardware definately a plus to guest who stayed there.

La proximite du centre ville,la vue de la chambre.le petit dejeuner(buffet tres complet) L'aspect tres vieillot de la chambre pour un hotel de cette categorie.j'ai ete tres decu par la chambre .qui ne reflete pas du tout le standing que l'on s'attend de la chaine Hilton.De plus notre chek out etant a 12H,a 11h30 nous avons ete dans l'impossibilite de rentrer dans notre chambre avec notre pass.heureusement une femme de menage nous a ouvert avec le SIEN.Donc hotel ayant besoin d'un grand coup de renovation.
