Fu-Rin Restaurant: located on ground floor, next to lobby, Fu-Rin is open for lunch from 12:00 – 14:30 and dinner from 18:30 – 22:30.

The room was ok, not great... breakfast was standard. the location is very poor. u have to walk atleast 2 kms to find a cab to go to nearby market place which is 15-20 kms away from hotel. only suited to golfers as it has a good course. |

The room are pretty tidy and clean and of course comfortable. Staffs are helpful. I booked 3days 2night from 11 to 13 Aug. But upon reaching there, one of the staff told me that all deluxe rooms are occupied. I was quite unhappy as i thought all bookings had been done online. But, one of your staff was kind enough to upgrade my room to superior without any charges. He also made me sign for the charges for the 3 days 2 nights stay. Next morning, i was invited to stay at my friend's place so i told one of your staffs that instead of staying 3 days 2 night, i would like to change to 2 days 1 night. The lady staff agreed. I told her i have signed for the charges for 3 days 2 nights. Is there a refund? She told me it wasn't charged yet and that she would cancel the other 1 night charges. But the bank statement was wrong! |

The room was very spacious,comfortable and soothing view of golf course. I chose this resort for it's location....to avoid the peak hour traffic jam to K.L. upon landing at Subang Airport. It is really away from everywhere else and is not convenient for guests who base themselves there to move around. It was ideal for my purpose though. Dining is really pricey if you have to eat at the resort and there is no dining places nearby if you have no transport. |

It has a peaceful ambiance and I like the spa cause it has a fantastic heat and water facilities. The conciege service is slow and poor. The japanese teppanyaki food is nothing but a pan fry meal. Food in hotel is not fantastic. |

My interaction with staff was more than great had a great dinner and breakfast. We picked this hotel while we were in between 2 flights and this was very closed to Subang Airport and a very good priced at well. I would recommend to any one and use it again if a have to. |

Buffet breakfast had an excellent selection and was spoilt for choice. Swimming pool had a great environment for children. Room cleanliness as we came in. There were stray towels from the previous guests.Mosquitoes at night made it a difficult sleep. |

The breakfast buffet and lunch buffet was excellent. I left my cheque book in my room and the housekeeping found it and returned it. 1. The location of my room was very lonely and corridor was eerie. 2. Room service ~ Sea Platter was very oily ~ not edible. |

The room is cozy and it's value for money. The location is also lovely. Waiting time during check-in and check-out. Should improvise therefore customer doesnt have to wait for a long time to receive the room key. |

The Environment and the Location 1. The Hotel mentioned that it has a COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE Services; it was not clear that they do not run it TO/FROM the Airport 2. It took them an HOUR to provide us with Bath Robe and Slippers that they said it will take a minute |

Sehr ruhige Lage - schöne luftige Lobby - schöne Poolanlage - ideal für Golfer Teilweise waren die sanitären Einrichtung etwas anfällig (z.B. Spülung der Toilette. Ansonsten war Bad sehr ok und geräumig. Badewanne und separate Dusche war beides vorhanden (großes Plus). |
