the room was spacious and comfortable. It is also centraly located, making is easy to move to all the touristy places.

My family and I were very pleased with the warmth reception that we received by all their staff:) The abience of the hotel is very cosy with its excellent views of the beach>Straits of Malacca ! & the city> We could see the "Menara Taming " from our hotel room revolving with colourful neon lights in the evening that was simply spectacular!!! My family enjoyed the wide variety of the breakfast spreads! The rooms were very clean and neat and nice.The hotel provide free shuttle services to and fro the town> Dataran...? Jonker Walk ..Mahkota Parade...& Others...WE Will defintely come again to holiday inn !!!:):):)

Overall I have nothing negative about the hotel except perhaps they can acquire the " Merchant Licence" for currency exchange to facilitate counter currency exchange for their guests

This hotel is very nice hotel....i enjoy staing thier with my family...i woud like to go thier again and again

The Hotel near shopping ctr ... and travel spot ...... Hotel staff veri helpful and polite. My Room seaview veri nice.

The hotel lift nt good ...need to wait few min........ Htl room oso nt so well. Coz sencond night I at room ard 12am I can hear next room couple made love sound.... Until 1am.

location as it is within walking distance to Mahkota Parade and Pahlwan Mall. C an enjoy "pasar malam"/nite market every Fridays to Sundays.

Have to remind the staff a few times of our requests, even after several calls and e-mails.

Very clean rooms and I love the smell of the place. A wonderful aroma fills your noses when you enter the lobby and the rooms as well. There is even a DVD player provided where i can enjoy a movie after a tiring day walking around the town and shopping areas.

The spread of the buffet breakfast has degraded since the last time i stayed there.

Although a large chain hotel the staff work very Hard to make people welcome. Good location. Comfortable rooms and beds

Hotel good but why there is no crossing for the Main road into the Town is a mystery It is extremely dangerous not the hotels fault But should be addressed

The staff were excellent, our non smoking room had been smoked in recently and we were able to change rooms despite the fact that the hotel was almost fully booked over Chinese New Years. By the second morning of our vist, the breakfast staff knew our coffee preferences and bought our coffee just after we sat down for breakfast.

Not the most attractive building from the outside but the rooms are lovely.

All excellent however the card key system was very sensitive and we had to have it changed about 4 times in our 3 day stay as did other hotel guests we spoke to

It's green theme colour and the cool ambience. I only regretted not having the time to enjoy the live music. Staffs are friendly and breakfast was quite a variety.

The room was spacious and clean; the buffet breakfast was abundant and very good. The pool was great!, Even if there were not so many sunbeds around it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room - city view - was soooo noisy in the night, even if we were at the 12th floor, due to the heavy traffic on street below, and there is a disco (?) at short distance: it was not possible to sleep without earplugs. I strongly suggest to ask for a sea/pool view room.

Good location, good and warm service, provided us with the map of malacca which is very useful when navigating around
