Holiday Inn Melaka

The hotel and its rooms are clean. It is being run professionally. My room has nice sea view and swimming pool view. Bell captain and the team are helpful. Location is also good. There is a shopping mall entrance just across the road.

That it's difficult to find the way back to the hotel cause the road in malacca quite confusing, no sign board on the way to the hotel. Swimming pool is nice but to cold ,windy or too hot. Not suitable for infant to swim, yet changing room with air condition too cold for babies

I just want to feedback on the facility on the Jacuzzi. Why only the men have the jacuzzi while the ladies don't have? As we need to relax after a tired day out at the city.

The service was good,although they could not provide us the type of room we book for,they upgraded the package and we were extremely delighted with the service rendered.The buffet breakfast was excellent,please do not take mutton rendang off the menu,it was the best rendang I have ever had.

convenience, nice to relax as the facilities is very good, easy location and parking as im driving from singapore to Malacca .Very secure.

Evrything is good even the service staff is frendly and always there when there's a need.

The staffs are very attentive to their hotel guests. Their response to request are good. The pizza served at the lobby restaurant are very nice. The shuttle bus service to the nearby attractive is good if you prefer less walking. Shopping can be done not only at the shopping mall but also the nearby shop houses.

Awesome Staff, Privacy, ++ upgrade is a must have! Location is wonderful. Breakfast was a wonderful expeerience. I was very comfortable here!

hotel a recommander, super prix, super propre, excellent petit dejeuner, personnel courtois et charmant, superbe piscine, ambiance tres calme, tout etait parfait ( deux centres commerciaux a proximite)

En los alrededores del hotel se esta trabajando en obras y construcciones , que con su finalización beneficiaran al hotel, pero hoy por hoy resultan ligeramente molestas.
