the room was spacious and comfortable. It is also centraly located, making is easy to move to all the touristy places.

My family and I were very pleased with the warmth reception that we received by all their staff:) The abience of the hotel is very cosy with its excellent views of the beach>Straits of Malacca ! & the city> We could see the "Menara Taming " from our hotel room revolving with colourful neon lights in the evening that was simply spectacular!!! My family enjoyed the wide variety of the breakfast spreads! The rooms were very clean and neat and nice.The hotel provide free shuttle services to and fro the town> Dataran...? Jonker Walk ..Mahkota Parade...& Others...WE Will defintely come again to holiday inn !!!:):):)

Overall I have nothing negative about the hotel except perhaps they can acquire the " Merchant Licence" for currency exchange to facilitate counter currency exchange for their guests

This hotel is very nice hotel....i enjoy staing thier with my family...i woud like to go thier again and again

The carpeted rooms (no dragging noises are possible on the floor) 6. The non-smoking environment 7. The breakfast buffet spread 8. Adequate and available covered parking 9. PLUS toll top ups were available 10. The free drink service upon checkout is a nice touch 11. Availability of late checkout 12. Bathrobes and slippers provided 13. Large plush pillows and very clean bedlinen 14. Large clean, modern & well equipped bathroom 15. Well-trained reception staff who recognize a returning guest (e.g welcome back... ) 16. Interior decor is rather good if understated 17. Good choice of al fresco or indoor dining at the restaurant - maximizes the seafront advantage 18. Lobby lounge has a nice ambience 19. Proximity to Mahkota Parade is useful

1. The slippers provided could be better esp. For going to the spa 2. The room doors could be padded to prevent slamming 3. Staff could be trained to speak English properly instead of saying "You this.." and "You that.." which is Chinese-influenced (i.e., Chinese never say please except for formal occasions) and is impolite 4. Breakfast egg counter should know how to make eggs "over-easy", not "over-hard". The way is to fry it sunny side up, then turn it over for ONLY 10 seconds, and remove. At the Marvelux Hotel, the restaurant staff at The Windmill restaurant can do it even without instructions ! 5. For first time guests, a sign pointing to the main entrance of the hotel at the main road would be helpful. Otherwise pple might take the exit and go around the back of the hotel looking for the main entrance

Comfortable & clean rooms, excellent facilities, and superb service. The staff were the best I've ever come across. 2 thumbs up to this hotel.

Good Facility bang opposite the shore line... It is also connected with the city center (Walking distance <2 mins and a Free Shuttle - 2hrs frequency) Had a good club area with Gym, Spa and a pool facility Food was good and reasonablly priced. Asked for a free upgrade to a sea view room.... GOT IT too : )

Gym equipment could be better (In Comparison with 5 star property standards)

The staff was good, tip top services. Check in was done in less rham 15 mins. Good room view given to our family and best scenery. We really enjoy our stay. We will definetly recommend to others.

Conveniently located and carpark user-friendly.

Did not provide disposable razor blade. I thought hotel will provide, as in other hotels, so went about without shaving for a couple of days.

Very nice ambiance and very comfortable. Near to shopping locations and very convenient to go around the city center. Love the swimming pool with beautiful sea view

I stayed during holiday chinese new year, the location osum, just across the road @ shopping mall @ Plaza Mahkota and Dataran Pahlawan.Easy to find food stalls and restaurants. I will come back again. The room very clean
