Holiday Inn Resort Penang

We enjoyed Sightseeing relaxing reading swimming and general having a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday

We could have had our teenage children in the same room given the room size but this was not presented as an option

It was in a very good location near the markets. Food and cleanliness were satisfactory. Very good hospitality from staff

Access to the beach was brilliant. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Possibly the best location on Penang. Tower wing is definately preferred as the Beach Wing would be quite loud due to proximity to pool area.

Some food/beverage staff would be very helpful, and others could not be bothered (ie. some would get tea/coffee for you, and others would not). The poolside service was very average and the poolside music was too old fashioned, and not what western people find relaxing.

The room was filthy the sheets were not changed from previous guests the headboards were disgusting flithy black patches tea up the walls, we did complain and were moved to a better room wat no extra cost

Nice beach, well organized activities .

Very poor staff service. I asked four times to repair the room telephone. Realy there is no response from the staff for your needs about the breakfast, carrying the bags and every thing

quite run-down, unlike other Holiday Inn Resort....

bad experince to stay in this hotel really, when i checked in i stayed 2 hours to get my room key, and the people who are bringing our lugages impolite and they ask you for Tips at least 10 RM to make them smile and do the service ok, the hotel breakfast was bad and the cups for coffee, juice and water un cleaned the buffet next to swimming pool which is hot not clean rooms, not comfortable beds,...

i contact the hotel before my arrival and telling them it is our marriage Anniversary to make us a surprise at least fruite basket and really, they didn't even mention that i don't recommend this hotel for people who are looking for luxury and leisure so bad one

Friendly and helpful front office staff and travel desk. Restaurant staff helpful with suggestions. Location in Batu Ferringhi ideal - away from the bustle of George Town, yet close to many good eateries and next to the night market. Many water sports facilities Close to Spice Garden, Butterfly park, Nature Park

There was only one restaurant and the menu limited Wooden flooring in rooms scratched, needs polishing Internet broadband tariff at Ringitt 57 for the day very high

The water sports, the breakfast was fantastic, staff are friendly. will definitely come back.

Near to local restaurant,24 hour shop, and night bazar.Holiday Inn provide good services and facilities and the room is also clean and comfort to stay,especially with young children

breakfast and the beach view as well as the quiet atmosphere on the beach in the evening

minor things (quantity of towels; however, the hotel responded positively to increase the number of towels!)

部屋は広く，インテリアも素敵でした。バスタブも広く，シャワールームが別になっているのが良かったです。-

宿泊したのがフェリンギタワーだった為，朝食のためにビーチウィングまで行かなければいけないのが不便でし- た。清潔にはしていますが，かなり古さが感じられます。
