Comfortable with environment which located at the beach and suitable for family gathering, near to the main road and quite busy at night market along the road. The staff not seriously take care the guest which I have to go twice to the lobby from level 6 due to the door can't be access with electronics key. I belief it's can be improve to make it excellence in their service. |

Loved the pool and beach areas. Appreciated the overhead bridge between Ferrighi tower and Beach tower. Great room and bathroom! Night market practically on the doorstep. |

I have not much comments on everything, I feel very comfortable with it, clean, tidy, completeness, staff are polite, etc., and I do really enjoy the stay at Holiday Inn Resort Penang, if given chance to travel to penang again, i will be choosing Holiday Inn Resot Penang as well. |

a night market close to hotel , nice restaurantes around the hotel ,so u dont have to eat always in the hotel , u ahave other choices when we where booked , never said that the room was in the other tower , and not on the main hotel where u ahve all he facilities |

We enjoyed Sightseeing relaxing reading swimming and general having a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday We could have had our teenage children in the same room given the room size but this was not presented as an option |

Access to the beach was brilliant. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Possibly the best location on Penang. Tower wing is definately preferred as the Beach Wing would be quite loud due to proximity to pool area. Some food/beverage staff would be very helpful, and others could not be bothered (ie. some would get tea/coffee for you, and others would not). The poolside service was very average and the poolside music was too old fashioned, and not what western people find relaxing. |

Not very much The room was filthy the sheets were not changed from previous guests the headboards were disgusting flithy black patches tea up the walls, we did complain and were moved to a better room wat no extra cost |

Actually I did not like the hotel at all. it was shown that it is 4 star hotel in fact it is a 2 or 3 star hotel. poor service with old furniture. |

Nice beach, well organized activities . Very poor staff service. I asked four times to repair the room telephone. Realy there is no response from the staff for your needs about the breakfast, carrying the bags and every thing |

Good location, right in the centre of batu ferringhi, making it easy to eat out. The service was just not quite up to scratch - you could sit ignored for 15 minutes. |
