La chambre salle de bains veille ,et sur la plage auncun parasol et service de plage pour les chaises longue

La piscine est assez grande et les transats sont confortables, mise à disposition des serviettes.

Tout est payant et très cher, la salle de sports est équipée de matériel très moyen, la plage est sale et pas du tout attirante pour la baignade, le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris alors que le tarif de la chambre est très cher ( en moyenne 90 € à 100 €, trop cher pour le pays et comparé aux autres hôtels). Nous recommandons de choisir un autre hôtel aux internautes.Contrairement au reste du pays qui m'a vraiment charmé, l'accueil à l'hôtel m'a laissé sur ma faim.

Clientele quasi exclusive du Moyen Orient et des pays du Golfe avec toutes les coutumes vestimentaires, notamment pour les femmes, que cela implique, qui peuvent gener voire meme choquer.

Room was nice, beech was clean & not crowded. Food was not good & expensive. Go to the cactus restaurant?/shed opposite the main entrance of holiday villa. The food was excellent & reasonably priced. You must order the pancakes, there were gooood.

I had recently booked 2 Studio rooms as noted below via booking.com with credit card guarantee. Our nightmare started when we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm for check-in. We were told there are no rooms available at the hotel & they have never received any reservation via booking.com. After showing them my copy of reservation & offering to call booking.com, the reception changed their story & acknowledge that they did received the booking but it was canceled by booking.com. They rudely told me to go find another hotel because they cannot do anything about it. By this time it was 11:30 pm. On my insistence, they let me talked to the night manager on duty (who was off site) he mentioned that he cannot do anything at night as he was not at the hotel but will look into the mater in the morning. After talking to the manager the reception booked us on a shabby hotel down the road for the night. I was not the only person there with this problem, there were six individuals with confirmed booking who were not given the room while we were there. In the morning they called us & gave us the room charging me for the 4 nights stay (including the night that we were not given the room). I had to go back to the hotel next door & get a receipt from them to show that I had stayed & paid for it there. During the next 3 days I kept on inquiring as to what might have happened. One of the staff member told me that this was routine practice in high season. If a guest does not show up by 8 pm, they give the room to walk-ins & charge the reserved guest the no show fee for that night. If not illegal, this practice is certainly impolite.

The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff was curteous and friendly. I liked the rooms because they are spacious and most importantly, very clean... As for beachfront, it was in a beautiful setting as there was a small island not far from the beach, an excellent destination for kayaking.... If going to the beach isn't your cup of tea, the swimming pool is just a stone's throw away... Again, it's clean and well-maintained.

Well, this hotel is perfect for its price... Nothing to complain about.

Everything about the hotel is superb, this is my 2nd time there and I still looking forward to going there again. It made my holiday great, from the services to the clean rooms, the location is the best you can wish for, at night it is awesome. the beach is just at the back of the hotel which makes it more fun to get out of bed in the morning and walk up the beach. nice place and a must recommend..

Dated rooms, big hotel without much character and staff not very friendly and rooms very dated and simple considering the room rate.

The bungalo (furniture, equipment etc) was pretty old. The beach was good, but swimming was impossible due to jellyfish.

Nice swimming pool and located direct on the beach.

Our room could use some upgrading as most of the things (shower, walls, aircon, ) were run down. Some rooms have been upgraded but most not. Try to avoid a room on the long hall way, as at night & morning, it is noisy from all the human traffic.

The hotel location is good it is in canang beach, and it has a nice privet beach with. A nice bar and a perfect view

. Internet is so expensive. . The toilet does not look so good . The room was so noisy I felt like I was sleaping inside the bar. . The complimentary coffee and tea are just in the 1st day. . The slowest checkin I have ever done.

the location is superb. the beach is clean, pool is clean. the room was cozy and spacious. staff were helpful. perfect spot for families, office family day functions, a getaway out of the bustling city. & i love how the hotel and langkawi itself make sures the state is clean. room service food was good too.

the price for the 4 day 3 night was a bit pricey considering it does not come with breakfast.
