Location: in China town, near bus, train station, many good foods around. Reasonable rate. I have to pay 2% surcharge for payment by Visa. The pillows smell awful when we checked in but they were changed by housekeeper later on. No slippers in room. No air-condition controller in room (there is one controller for whole hotel by the owner), for me it was cold, very cold but reasonable cold is better than hot.

Good location- 5 mins walk to the station. 7-11 and lots of restaurants nearby Price- Cheap Cold water- when the hotel staff checked, all he did was to tell me that it is hot when its blatantly cold. Dirty- hair and smudges on the bedsheets Bathroom- no shower screen so the whole room got wet when taking a shower...doesnt help that there half the hooks were broken and there were no railings and no hangers, so your clothes will most like get wet. Staff- not too helpful. Most of the time they couldnt answer my questions the first time Overall- only one power point in the room. Asked for a twin bedroom when booking but gave us double room. During check-in accused me that I hadnt noted a twin room but good thing I had my email confirmation with me to prove it. Even then he didnt fully believe it but made a pathetic apology

The location is smack bang in the middle of the hawker stalls. But in fact, you can get most stuff cheaper in the superstore up the road so don't waste all your energy haggling. Good local food too. Filtered water is freely available - saves you a few ringgits on buying water (and the environment!) Good laundry service and great free wifi..good speed too. The hotel staff were friendly enough - didn't want to ring around for me when I asked? So I just ended up ringing off my cell. Fire door was locked one day coming down the stairs. Big tv in reception which was on constantly - bit irritating.

Very convenient location in Chinatown K.L. The staff is very helpful to an extent she upgrade my single bed room to a double bed room at no extra charge. Indeed it is budget hotel which I will like to book for my next coming trip.

Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable and good value. Lobby area was great for meeting friends and other travellers. Furniture and decor getting a bit old. Small room. We had a room with window and noise from the market outside was disturbing.

This was the only hotel that had a room for a decent price (NYE). Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was small but they say that beforehand, so that was ok. Room was also clean. The room didn't have any sockets exepct for the one where the tv was plugged in.

The Fact that the Hotel is at Petaling Street, It was very very convenience for those who intended to shop there and that was my Sole Purpose. The Hotel Staffs were down to earth friendly. Even one of the staff help me to get out when I was trapped in the washroom very quickly. Very Efficient Indeed. My Mistake for not reading the spoilt sign. The Hotel Lobby is equip with Massage Chair (Very thoughtful) and its foc use for Hotel Guest. Tv relax area and many more. Keep up the friendliness Guys! I was quite dissapointed in the room condition. The Flush system doesnt work properly. The bed was quite itchy. The aircon wasnt cold enough. And Quite Smelly. But I chose to ignore Cos I was most of the time outside. If Comfort for a Room. I would say no for me. But hotel staffs and lobby is good!

It should be noted, that kl has areas that should be avoided at night. China town according to my local Malay friends isn't a place to wander on your own after midnight, especially as a girl. They always dropped me at my hotel as groups of people linger around the area. If you're a group it's fine, and same goes for the clubbing area Bukit Bintang btw.

price is fair, location in middle of market, easy to LRT station and terminal, for budget one is ok. small room, you can hear neighbor activity, no aminities such as tea or coffee, no water heater, no free internet, you must pay RM6 for one hour internet, and no breakfast.

Good value for money, right on Petaling Street Chinatown. Only 5 mins walk to lrt or Monorail. Even walking to Bukit Bintang takes only mins. Friendly helpful staff, quick check in. Sometimes a bit cigarette smell in the rooms as aircon is central. But I didnt feel cold. It was ok but felt a bit damp somehow.

Clean, effort to personalise the pillow cases and have modern deco in the room which makes the room very cosy even though it is small. Water is hot and the air conditioner was not too cold even though it was centralized. Room is clean and we liked the deco. Effort was also put in to provide hot and cold water as well as iron and ironing board. Staff was friendly and we had a good experience.

It has a good location (in Jalan Petaling, Chinatown, near Pasar Seni, one stop to central station). Nice staff. Good value for money. The rooms are old, need a paint and some of them have no window.

Well located. For the price you pay I think it is difficult to get anything better. It is difficult to access to the hotel (during hours where the market is open). Although it is announced in the description, the fact that rooms don't have windows it is a bit strange (you fill like in a box). Finally the main problem I had was I couldn't control the a/c (I think it was done from reception and the room was really cold).
