Nice beach not crowded, great breakfast and dinner buffets with sea view and breeze, friendly staff, large rooms, baby friendly, nearby malls, good massage. Great relaxing experience!

The room we got had a bath with clogged drain, but we got another room. The resort is a bit old

The location is good bcoz near to town and the beach is many people. The breakfast and restaurant is excellent, pool is ok, room look good. Staff polite, car park is free

The water heater is bad function and make us have a almost cold shower after swimming. The air cond is "too cold" which 30 c is like 20 c! Terrible! Is definely not 5star standard compare to 4star hotel tat I stay at Kuantan b4. The facility for children is too simple.

(1) no carpet on the floor of rooms. (2) NON-HALAL drink in the freezer. (3) bathroom with no "border" till water can came out, not suitable for origin travellers with small kids....

Location and price are good for that price. Also food in restaurants and breakfast were nice. Entertainment possibilities are quite low but could be enough for a few days of stay. Lobby personal very friendly and helpful despite low spoken english

Built in 1980th this resort has very old and disintegrating facilities. Most cleaning staff are indians so don't expect good treatment or quality service in rooms. And keep your valuables away from the eyes of cleaners. Use safe box or take it it with you out of the room.

Beach front, Good response and service all staff level. Very friendly.

more parking spaces should be allocated. Lack of security at parking B esp late at night. Slippery and wet to the room when it rains. Should use non slippery tiles.

The location is fantastic to beach lovers because the beach is right next to the hotel buildings. The room is very well maintained and cleanliness of the room and bedding is excellent. The pool and services provided are all perfect. The nature walk fronting the beach at Telok Chempedak is great and the monkeys are so friendly. To all beach lovers, Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, Malaysia is a great place for you to spend your time.

The location of the hotel which is near the seaside and there were also multiples eatery places around the area. There were also plenty of activities offered with 3 pools, recreational room (for pool etc) and sea activities. The services where guests are greeted with smiles.

The housekeeping. The rooms werent clean well, we also have rooms without full amenities (toilet rolls, room slippers). Our room has an aircond problem which pre-existed. Would have expected better for the price paid

Room is expensive but it looks old. Hyatt should upgrade ther furniture. It is not reasonable with the price.

Great location by a good clean beach. 2 good pools. Friendly staff. Good plce for a long weekend relaxation holiday.

We can feel the privacy stay at the hotel. Location and with choice of fast food restaurant, this facility nearby the resort had resolve my children meal problem.

We can understand the Hotel had been set up long time ago, however upkeep and continual improvement the facility and room from the Hotel is vital to attract more visitors.

The entire hotel can't deny its age. Rooms are relatively small and basic. Same applies to the bathroom. The check in and check out procedure was not 5 Star hotel standard. Even a 3 Star hotel most likely had done better!

Room is basic for the price per room and food was below Hyatt standard.
