Location of the hotel Breakfast spread too little. My rate with Booking .com was rm 220.00 per room per night, but I was charged rm 230.00 prpn. Why? |

nothing. only convienient. this will be my first and last. i would prefer regency hotel. the services at the coffee house. the bathroom. and worst is the parking space. |

Location was good - Room needs a extensive repair (aircon bad, tv so old), front office staff providing bad customer service ( don't even pick up calls), for the price of rm 230++ , its way too expensive for such a 4 star hotel without 4 star service. Worst of all, there aren't any proper car park for guest who stays there. Pls down grade the rating of this hotel to 2 or 2.5 star. A 3 star hotel in Ipoh city is newer n cheaper which I had to stay the next night. |

The staffs are polite, nice and very helpful, room are spacious, had other astro channels like ria and Disney Limited varieties of the food, some are repeated everyday, no proper shadded parking lot, the interior design was not so nice |

If this is the best hotel in Ipoh I'd hate to stay at the worst. The breakfast was awful, the bathroom was horrible. Altogether the hotel needs a major refit. |

Housekeeping services is very excellent, always prompt in delivering what I wanted The liquid soap was very mild (watery) & only got one per room but I stayed there with my son. |

Counter staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the Dining Buffet food which is good and fresh with plenty of variety. Door service staff should be better. Some of the general hotel service staff could improve |
