In the heart of Kuala Lumpur's golden triangle, right next to the Pertronas Towers (shopping centre and park) and the Convention Centre, pretty close to the monorail. Clean and comfortable. Great buffet breakfast. The business centre charges exorbitant fees for PC/printer/net use. But the wi-fi is free, although only availaable in the lobby. Room wi-fi access would be great. |

We loved the Impiana hotel. It is located opposite of the Petronas Towers and many shopping malls. The breakfast was also fantastic. Lots of choice: bread, sushi, noodles, curry, waffles. The staff was also helpfull and kind. |

During my stay there, I liked the convenience of the nearby shopping malls. I absolutely loved your wide variety of the breakfast buffet. Well, for a hotel of your calibre, the carpark was too narrow for big cars, making it hard to manouvere my car and limited parking lots. Also, there is no lifts to get to and fro from the hotel to carpark. |

The cleanliness of the rooms, large open space bathroom, close to the city highlights including the twin towers and shopping. The hop on/hop off bus stops out in front of the hotel. The fabulous breakfast each morning and I also enjoyed the ensemble who played each evening on the foyer. Our stay was outstanding and I will stay again if the prices are kep to a reasonable level. When listening to the ensemble of an evening (Thursday & Friday nights) in the foyer there were many mosquito's and I think something urgent should be done about this problem eg small un-obstrusive mosquito zappers (electric) to be placed around the foyer as the mosquito's enter the foyer through the revolving doors or the open/closing glass foyer doors. |

Efficient friendly staff, great location a stone's throw from KLCC and lovely swimming pool to loll about in after a hard day's shopping! Very trivial complaint but the tea machine at breakfast dispensed weak, tasteless tea, I would much prefer a pot of English Breakfast Tea to savour in the morning. |

This is a terrific hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful kind and helpful. The rooms are of a very high standard. I got an excellent deal online. After checking out and returning several days later, I was delighted to find that I had been upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra charge. The location in KLCC is also superb. All in all, this is a fine hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. |

I like the wooden flooring and that I was upgraded to a superior room. The in experienced front desk staff, the construction opposite made lots of noise and the gym is inadequate in terms of space and facilities. |

Very stylish with fantastic air-conditioned rooms and splendid service from extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Am currently in the process of making my third booking. I'd advise spending that bit more and getting the deluxe room with the view of the Petronas Towers as well as the breakfast. Location-wise it is as good as it gets, very close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang which are the best places in downtown KL. Wooden floors are lovely for keeping the rooms cool but some of the people wearing heeled shoes make it noisy for those below. |

Location was very convenient, staff was extremely helpful, room was large, clean, and comfortable. Good value for the money when reserved through booking.com If you want great views of KLCC and Petronas Towers, you won't get it from this hotel. Traders Hotel has the supreme views of the Towers when you request park view rooms. However, Impiana comes in a more affordable price, and the rooms are larger and actually more comfortable. |
