Location is near to many food stall

- hot shower is not hot at all. - the room door cant lock properly.

I decided to stay at the Intan Beach Resort after reading some good reviews from guests who had stayed there. This accommodation is certainly not disappointing. It is very clean, has a simple facility that actually is worth the value of money. Staff are also friendly, most of them can understand English even cannot speak fluently but I think it is good enough for the tourist. In addition, the accomodation is situated very near to the beach (in the backyard actually), so you do not need transportation if you wish to go to Pantai Batu Buruk. Although breakfast is not provided, you can get it from few food stalls which are just within the walking distance, with a cheap price. This accomodation is also situated near the city centre (Kuala Terengganu), but you would still need a taxi or a car to get around. The staff can help to call for a taxi if you ask them to. Overall, I would consider to stay there again in the future.

You may need help when you want to use the hot shower because it is an antique stuff. Therefore its usage may be a bit complicated for some people.

The room was a good size. The bedroom & bathroom were kept clean. We were able to get a seaview with balcony. The staff were always pleasant & helpful.

It was a long walk in the heat from the city and there did not seem to be any regular public bus service. Getting taxis all the time is both expensive & a waste of money when there should be avoid public bus service.

The steel furniture are rusty and iron board fabric was so bad looking.

The room is so clean...i'm very satisfied And i get a room with balcony and its in front of the beach...

The owner of this resort is annoying!!! (The Chinese lady I guess! ). Please serve your customer as good as you can ! You had spoiled our holiday !!!!!

Just the view which is near with the beach.

No !!! The staff is ok but the owner of this resort ( the Chinese lady I guess) is quite annoying. Please respect your customer and please give your politeness towards us. We are having our special holiday but you had spoiled it !!!

The room is clean and near the beach.

Disconnected toilet taps, sink taps loose, poor internet access and sometimes electrical breakdown.

Location very strategic..also nice and clean room with nice bathroom

A lack of facilites as promised..for example my room cannot get astro channel a promised.

Intan beach resort is excellent , walk 5 steps you can see the wonderful beach , we chase the sun rise & sunset ,how romance , room is not luxury but comfort & big , bed is a little bit hard for us . easy to find food around the beach side . Staff is 100% friendly.

Nothing , everything is great .

I asked my husband for some feedback, and he became quite angry, stating the following: nothing. The worst thing was that our flight was not scheduled to leave until 9 p.m., which we had explained to them; yet promptly at 11:45 a.m. we received a call informing us that checkout is at 12 noon and if we want to stay until 4 p.m. we would have to pay RM70 and thereafter, a full nights stay payment will have been required. Getting a taxi was also an unforeseen challenge.

We hated the entire experience. We expected a romantic beach, and although the sand is a few steps from the hotel, it was not a beach because we could not swim in the water because of the currents and rough water. The hotel staff could speak little if any English; certainly it was not enough to enable productive communication. Although they had a credit card machine, they refused to accept our credit card, which was disappointing because we were not traveling with much cash. Because it was fasting month, dining was a terrible challenge, especially since there was no restaurant at this facility. We simply stayed in our room and consummated our marriage, which proved to be best for us.

Lokasi tepi pantai....pagi2 bleh jog ala-ala rocky bilboa cite tinju rambo belakon tu...hehee kebetulan de plak pasukan bola t-team jog jgk kat situ pgi...malam2 wat ungun api tepi pantai....jalan kanan sikit (120meter)dh jmpa tempat rekreasi bleh naik kuda yg meriah malam2....bilik sangat besar....puas ati dengan harga, lokasi, suasana dan service yg dberi...

bilik air bunyi bising (tekanan air)....katil outdated(de rasa spring)...pemanas air rosak....itu jer...patut dgn harga ler..

hotel berdekatan dengan pantai, kedai makan juga berhampiran dengan hotel

kemudahan di bilik yang tidak begitu memuaskan. tiada disediakan makan pagi, kafeteria tiada, tv rosak dan terpaksa ditukar, shower air panas tidak berfungsi, tilam yang keras. tetamu dimestikan bayar keseluruhan harga bilik sebelum kunci diserahkan dan terpaksa membayar deposit rm20 untuk kunci bilik. berbanding dengan hotel yg bersebelahan minum pagi termasuk harga bilik, ada kafeteria, dan kolam renang.

Fizikal bangunan biasa -tidak menggunakan bahan berkualiti

ruangan kamar bersih dan lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan pantai. Karyawan yang ramah dan bersahabat. Pelayanan sangat menyenangkan.
