Localtion and Value for money

Location of the hotel is close to the shopping malls, cinema and restaurants.

I would say its 3 star hotel not 5 star because the building is old and need renovation, specially the rooms. Hotel room are small not as its shown in the picture at booking time.

Staff service was excellent. Staff at lobby were excellent and welcoming.

Carpets were very dirty and smelly,both in the corridors and rooms. Carpets at entrance of rooms were black because of dirt.cleaning was not sufficient in room. Stayed there 2 nights and water in my room wasn't replaced. Certainly not 5 star quality. I was on the 18 th floor and part of the corridor near the lifts was literally soggy from excess water,had to walk over soggy dirty carpet.also you advertise as a bussiness hotel as well,you don't even have wifi,so u couldn't have access to the Internet with an iPad.

Food was really good. Location excellent, next to monorail and walking distance to Petronas towers. The best thing were the pools both kids and adult, with water temperature being perfect. Staff was nice and polite. I will come back to this hotel again.

Spa was good

Front office. They charged 18 rm for 3 pages. The actual charge was rm6.

our room was always cold even though we had the air conditioning off at all times, had to sleep in extra clothes to stay warm

The location is great. The hotel has an artistic charm to it. Quality of in room dining was not bad. Servings were huge. Breakfast buffet was above average. Concierge was most helpful. The front attendants/stewards were most welcoming and helpful.

There was no wifi in the room. There was a slight argument on arrival on the type of room booked (hotel had misread the booking) during the course of which the room that was held was lost, which was annoying. I was asked to wait for an hour, which I refused. Another room was quickly arranged. However, the staff at reception desk was cordial and attentive, will improve with experience. Not allowing hotel guests to sit in the lobby without ordering a drink was offensive. House keeping did not send two empty cups when asked for.

Lovely spacious room, well situated hotel. Friendly helpful staff.

Very welcoming well run hotel in a great location

WiFi not available in rooms, and evening entertainment in lobby area too noisy.

The Club Lounge and its staff, check in, breakfast is excellent and worth paying more to obtain. Excellent swimming pool. Location could not be bettered being opposite the Raja Chulan monorail station. This is my fourth stay at this hotel.

I like the location, we have stayed several times and found it to be quiet and friendly.

I like the hotel as it is, nothing I really do not like as we are return customers.

stains on carpet, someone must have tried to iron the carpet and burnt it several times even leaving dark sshoe-stains.

It was amazing experience! Love that hotel and staff and the view from our window! Breakfast was unbelievable!

The staff were without exception the friendliest I've ever found in a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their advice and help was always good!!

I nearly skidded over by the pool - I think the signage could be better! No hair wash Conditioner No instructions to turn down the aircon.
