Very big room with a good and large bed. Good working airconditioning. Clean. Everything looks new. Nice lobby. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Internet access in the hotel is very expensive. |

It is near to the city's monorail system, which makes it convenient to travel to the various shopping areas. The room is sizeable and comfortable. During our short stay, the hotel carried out some maintenance work on their water pipes and this inconvenienced us. We had to wait for about two hours for the work to be done and then some more for the pipes to be cleared of the dirt that gushed out before we could take our baths. |

I really enjoyed the staff courteousness at the Club Lounge - very helpful and friendly and also professional. It about time for refurbishment as I didn't like the hair-dryer (old). |

Good lobby, very good location with number of different class restaurants around. Staff are friendly. Good food. Breakfast seating not always well organized. Service could be better. Sometimes no cook at the noodle stand, wait for coffee sometimes very long. |

Easy access to shopping malls. buffet breakfast is quite fine. Room outside view was beautiful. Instead of one double bed, they gave us two beds. Water comes out from shower cubicle, even the door is closed well and its not 5* standard. Totally the hotel room is not Deluxe and 5 * standard. |

Excellent service even when I arrived at 4am. Ability to leave luggage at hotel and use facilities after checkout: much appreciated as I had a night departure flight. ALL staff without exception friendly and professional. |

Location Reserved king bed non-smoking, 3 rooms. Got none for the first night. Changed next day. Woke up because of construction/renovation work at 8.30 on saturday. Rooms were no where near 5* as advertised. An optimistic 4* at best! |

The staff were absolutely amazing - very friendly and efficient. The hotel itself was stunning - very grandeur. Large luxurious lobby, and the bars were great. breakfast buffet was extremely nice - everything you could wish for. The Spa and fitness downstairs was very nice and relaxing. And the pool area was lovely and relaxing - nice pool. Our room was not that clean - the tiling was a bit shabby and the carpets were dirty and a bit burnt... not 5 star quality. They could be a bit more glamorous for 5 star. |

The rooms were comfortable and modern and staff courteous. The bathrooms were specially nice. Linen and room maintenance was good. There was nobody to monitor the swimming area and people were swimming with shorts and t-shirts, which is unhygenic. The swimming pool needs to be renovated. |

The hotel is conveniently located to shopping centres, twin towers and kl tower.The hotel rooms are neat and big. The bathroom is one the best I have ever seen. Please be prepared to pay 15% service charge besides the room tariff. Not all the rooms have good view. |

I loved the decor of the hotel which was very tasteful. There was also some interesting art work on display which showed snapshots of Malaysian life.Fanatastic location to mono rail and restaurants and markets |

The room (deluxe) was really spacious and the buffet breakfast was excellent and it was close to the monorail station (Raj Chulan). There was construction two floors below us from 8am - 6pm every day which was really loud and meant you couldn't stay in the room too long during the day.. |
