The lobby is beautyful! The room looked very old. It really needs some upgrading.Also the personell at the reception weren't very friendly. |

The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there The room was far too cold with no possibility of controlling the temperature. |

The hotel location closed to many shopping areas,monorail station. suitable for small family not for big one. The lobby should be quit for relaxing, friend meetings ...etc, they brought a singer every night with loudly music. it should be far away from lobby. |

Pool, Friendliness, they brought uss Babycod, extra bowl so that my wife could prepare food for the baby etc. immediatly upon request and free of charge. Bathroom very big, toilets no problem, bed really big so were the rooms, pool very nice. The King of Malaysia stayed at the same hotel when we were there no. nothing that I coul complain about |
