I've stayed in the motel suite I think the private car porch is awesome.

1. No buffet breakfast. 2. Reception staff very blur, not very.sure of what she is doing.

Room facilities, reception ambient is good, breakfast at sky garden is really surprising relax n comfortable, environment very quite.

The pricing. With the executive motel, we feel secured that our car is just a feet away from our doorstep.

Too small for comfort. Would have been better if we are served by smiling staff. However, the female front office staff who attended to us when we checked in was pleasant and friendly. But not the other staff esp F&B.

The cleanliness and cozy room..

The design is pretty comforting.

There is a karaoke venue next to the hotel. And the music and singing blasted till 3am. My room is quite near to it and I could listened to the songs sang by the folks. I could not sleep that night. The pillow is too high for Asian people like me and it is not comfortable at all. Complained to the staff when I checked out. All I got was a smiling grinned. Not pleasant at all.

The bathroom partition is transparent. Not suitable for family with children. Not confident to take breakfast even they stated the food is Halal because we saw Carlsberg (alcohol drinks) container at the kitchen area. Please maintain your Halal status to make Muslim visitor confident.

Clean and comfortable

I always stay at jsl when in jb but lately the quality is dropping. Rooms had no towels, bathroom door could not be closed properly, breakfast had nothing except bread left at 9 pm. Had to wait 30 minutes for some food which was not up to standard. Broadband at looby PC was very slow.

Having the motor garage was the reason for booking this hotel. I was worried about parking outside the hotel though a security guard was employed to look after hotel guests' cars.

No cabinet in the room to keep the clothes. Lack of space in the room.

Design of the room is perfect! At that price, I did not expect something that classy. Flat-screened tv and wifi simply adds on to the attraction. Lift available at every level. Bed is extremely comfy with 4 pillows for a large bed. I've been to a more expensive hotel previously.. But the facility is nothing compared to this! Ohh! And, if you happen to go there without ur ipads or any electronic gadgets, they have a few computer stations available for your surfing pleasure! :D Been there twice,,, Will definitely be back... Soon!

Hotel staff, though friendly and eager to provide assistance, could probably be equipped with better information... At least on Johor Bahru itself. For travelers who know little about jb like myself, access to simple information like makan places is mandatory.

The breakfast was lousy. Probably best not to advertise free breakfast and give lower price for rooms.

It was my 2nd stay at JSL. Although nothing happened to our car parked outside in my last stay thanks to the vigilant security guard, I opted a unit with car garage just to ensure our car is safe from any damage at night.

In a bit rough neighbourhood like this, having an option of room with car garage is very good, although you will have to sacrifice your room space for the space used for your car. Overall, it is ok to park your car outside as long as you park within the sight of security guard.

I only like the car porch with shutter gate.

Basically, the room is small with no wardrobe. Even though there's water heater, it's very difficult to adjust the right temperature as the water can either be scalding hot or plain cold. During the night, it is very noisy to sleep as it's very near a pub.

Very clean hotel, helpful staffs. Value for money.

But the breakfast option is poor.please improve in your breakfast.its a good looking top roof restaurant.but the squeezed limited breakfast is not presentable.u must hv varieties of buffet breakfasts. I hope we will see changes in this on our next visit.

Value for money. Hotel renovation is new. Room & toilet are clean. Good number of tv channels. The location is pretty near Jusco Tebrau (5min drive).

But, the surrounding around the location is quiet and dark at night. Breakfast is too simple. Could have added a few more variety. We were awakened twice in the night. Once at 1.30am when patron's car alarm at neighboring pub sounded continuously for half an hour. Then at 4am by neighbor guest who slammed the door twice. Noticed that the tap water was brownish on the next day morning. Not sure what is the cause of it. Hope the hotel will look into it.

the rate is very valuable for money

The hotel is well kept and clean. Staff are friendly and helpfull.

The only disadvantage is its location and lack of public transport.

清潔でコンパクトなホテル。ビジネスホテル的な感じですがサービスが良かった。朝食付きでしたが、３日間と- もメニューが違い美味しかったし、雰囲気も良かったです。

Mempunyai kemudahan internet dan penggunaan komputer untuk penginap. Pekerja yang ramah dan mesra dengan pelancong.

Value for money, cleanliness,cosy roof top cafe, rooms with windows and the reception.

Hot water system is erratic most of time. Breakfast can be better.
