Just across the road of the best shopping mall, arabian restaurants, and the spa inside the hotel is greatly recommended. Check-in took time. On the other hand, check-out was easy. |

Having multi-lingual staff was very much appreciated. In addition, they had a very extensive list of spa and relaxation treatments for those looking for some rest and relaxation. Finally, they were able to hold our luggage even after checking out so that we could roam around the city before leaving the hotel for good. |

location of the hotel, numerous excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood Staff at the reception not very helpfull. Instead of helping me with my credit card problems. They made me feel guilty and really bad. The person did not explain me clearly where was the bank, I spent a lot of time walking around. No helpfull. |

The hotel was great. Our suite was close to a service lift and a storage room, we were hearing continous bangs (not very loud) throughout our stay. Other than that, everything was great. |
