Stay was good and comfortable. Rooms are very clean and at affordable price. However, reception staff not too friendly and most of the time answer to our queries (or for required informations) very vaguely ...highly dissapointing! Reception staff should be more friendly and should be more knowledgable, especially with regard to providing information on places of interest.... |

It is comfortable and within walking distance from Chinatown and the city The toilet could not be flushed. I informed the staff once and someone came to repair it but it failed again. On the second time when I informed the staff, unfortunately no one came to repair the toilet |

It was convenient to everything downtown, or to the train to get to other places. It was tall/many stories, so you could open your window without the noise of the street. Breakfast had many local and international options. The windows opened all the way, and there were fresh cold, hot, and room-temp water facilities. When I first walked into my room it smelled as if it had been closed up for awhile. This I think mainly because of the carpet and the generally humid air. After lighting a candle and opening the windows, it was fine, though initially a bit off-putting. |

The location is great as its near the Pudu bus station and petaling st. I also feel the security in this hotel is much safer comparing with the other 2 * hotels nearby. Staff was't too sure on their own hotel promotion. Feels there wast any sincerity in the service given to me ( quite dissapointing ) |

Located near to Pudu Bus terminal and China town, Central Market, small shops. Internet access is fine. Room is quite small and bed is not clean, smelly. We must ask receptionist to send somebody to clean room. |

Staff were unhelpful, put us in the wrong room and then refused to move us until the following day. I asked for advice about medical centres and they offered no help. Lifts were terrible. Breakfast was undersupplied and way too busy. Internet access was a joke. Terrible, terrible hotel. |

Staffs are very helpful. The location is not very reassuring when you walk at night. Although very near Chinatown if you like this kind of place but if you intend to shop or go to nightclubs target hotel near Bukit Bintang where all is happening. It’s a rather noisy place, because of the bus station nearby. Make sure you wear flippers when you go to the toilet after you have taken a shower because the shower water is leaking all over the bathroom. |

The Location is excellent as near to Bus Satation and other public transport as well as restuarants. The hotel was also clean and tidy. 1. The staff behind the reception desk are not very welcoming and helpful. 2. The bathrooms need renovation as we stayed in two rooms and both bathrooms were in very bad shape. 3. The electrical installations in the room are also in bad condition as the switch at entrance and power sockets kept resetting several times during our stay. |

first time to bring my children to kl( 2 adult and 1 kid) but we noticed that the bedsheets does not look crisp and newly replaced.. also true with the pillow cases... the guard does not look firendly and accomodating either especially when asked to leave our suitcases while we go shopping after we checked out. I actually recommended you to a friend who is a bank manager in the philippines.. |
