The large screen TV, location is convenience, center of KL, Malaysia. Room card/key cannot function after half day, need go to counter to update for open the room door. |

The Location is excellent as near to Bus Satation and other public transport as well as restuarants. The hotel was also clean and tidy. 1. The staff behind the reception desk are not very welcoming and helpful. 2. The bathrooms need renovation as we stayed in two rooms and both bathrooms were in very bad shape. 3. The electrical installations in the room are also in bad condition as the switch at entrance and power sockets kept resetting several times during our stay. |

first time to bring my children to kl( 2 adult and 1 kid) but we noticed that the bedsheets does not look crisp and newly replaced.. also true with the pillow cases... the guard does not look firendly and accomodating either especially when asked to leave our suitcases while we go shopping after we checked out. I actually recommended you to a friend who is a bank manager in the philippines.. |

It is located near city centre and bus station, so it is very convinient for people who will contuniue travelling on bus. |

location in the city where shops and transport and main bus terminal inernet service not convinant ,no setting place enough in the labby and caffe close about 8pm .i think it should be less to pay |

It is within walking distances to major shopping centers and public transport was very accessible (near to LRT station) The response time of room service/technician was kinda slow |

Very good location if you use the puduraya bus station. KL sentral (KLIA Express) just a few metro station. China Town 5 minutes walk, where you can find thousands of great food court and restaurants. Little bit tired rooms. |
