Good security downstairs; very clean lobby and cafe; cold drinking water available on 2nd floor; newspaper, free internet & buffet breakfast included in price (but 'hot' breakfast items usually a bit cold!). Shower hose was not working properly but was fixed promptly. Good location, close to markets, food stalls and light rail and opposite Puduraya bus station. Bathroom looks appalling, but we got used to it. Bedroom has obviously had a makeover not too long ago, so don't know why the bathroom wasn't done. The mould in the tile grout is horrible and very off-putting when showering. Bathroom is cleaned everyday but looks awful. Also, floor slopes the wrong way so rest of bathroom gets flooded. Shower hose hook missing & totally inadequate shower 'screen'. |

Its within walking distance to petaling street & lrt station. & getting around is easy & convenient. Surrounding area is very noisy. Selection of food for room service is limited, and the staff is not friendly. |

It was cheap and very close to the bus terminal in KL. Our room smelled bad, sort of a soil-like smell. It was very unpleasent. The bathroom could also use a makeover to upgrade standards. |

Location is really strategis; It is exactly accross the Pudu Raya Bus Station. The price even is not really cheap, but reasonable. Environment is too noisy; Traffic problems; All the taxi, cars, buses park in the pedistrains that makes no space for people to walk. Lobby is full of smoke smell, maybe some guest is smoking at the lobby. I hope next time if the hotel staff see someone smoking at the lobby area, please kindly stop them. |

Hassle free check in & check out Room service was only available till 10pm.would be better if could extend till check in hours (0030hrs).Failed to note that I am bringing 3 children & provide necessary items.No parking amenities.Failed to inform that children are charged for breakfast.No face towel supply.Sewage pipe of washing basin was leaking. |

Very near to Pudu bus terminal so is very suit for person who first time to KL city. The Hotel is nearby the roadside so can hear horn sound from car and sometime siren sound from ambulans. The sound proof between room by room also not so good. |
